Value. I have been eat octopus whenever I can for a long time and Morning Star wins the octowar. I got the large serving which seemed preposterously large 2 large tentacles on a platter of boiled potatoes, carrots and broccoli. I never have understood how some places screw this up: boil octopus until tender. Then grill. The octopus and veg were great. The ambience is of a Portuguese neighborhood bar: zero pretension. The service was super friendly and the price…under $40 for giant serving and large draft and 18% tip.
