The Bacon Cheese Burger was outstanding, I will return just for that but of course the service was friendly and dressed very professional. Thank you

it's very noisy even at the dining room. I suggest to add soundproofing panels to that saloon so people can talk and not yell to communicate

This is my favourite spot to take clients for a great business lunch that never disappoints! The entire team works great together to take care of clients needs and also are aware of letting conversations be had. Kudos to management because it matters!

The quality of the food was good. Unfortunately, one of the meals had to be sent back twice because of errors. In the end things were resolved. But the steps we had to take to get some resolution took a bit of fighting that was not necessary.

Service wa a bit slow at the beginning but turned out to be great. Thanks again for another great business meal.

First time at Moxie's in over 5 years. Picked it for convenience and couldn't have been happier. Food was great. But our server really took things to the next level. Brandon was fantastic and really contributed to a nice evening for us.

We enjoyed our lunch and complimentary birthday cake skice. Our server was attentive and efficient. It was loud and low lights made it feel dark and a bit oppressive in the dining room. We will return fir the nice food....

We had a wonderful time celebrating our 10th anniversary 🥂. The service was exceptional!

We were quite dissatisfied with the quality of the food last night. Fairview Mall Moxies has been one our preferred dining spots, but we will need to reconsider our future reservations. We ordered Moxies famous Nachos, but there were excessively salty, and the cheese combination was off as well.

Our server Nick was very helpful and couurteus. Made good 8suggestions and pleasant to deal with.

Why are the Dry Ribs always “sold out”? We tend to go after 8pm and usually the dining room is unset, tables a mess - with no urgency to tidy. The handsome bussers were all chewing gum and our server was kind but rarely at our table. It was surprising to see so many bits of miscellaneous food on the floor on the walkways of our section, staff walked through it for the entirety of our meal. Yikes.

My experience at Moxies in Fairview Mall was terrible, and I won’t be returning. The service was slow, but the real issue was the food. I ordered a steak, and when it finally arrived, it was cooked completely wrong – I asked for well-done and got something closer to well medium-rare. I sent it back, and then the waiting game began.

It took forever for them to bring the corrected order, and by the time it arrived, I had completely lost my appetite. To make matters worse, the sides were cold, as if they had just been sitting out while I waited. No apology, no urgency from the staff to make it right – just indifference.

For the price they charge, this level of service and food quality is unacceptable. If you’re looking for a good meal and decent service, go somewhere else.
