Moxies Fairview Mall Restaurant

Thank you for your continued offering of plant-based, vegan-friendly dishes. Our server was polite and friendly providing recommendations and making some small talk.

Over all we enjoyed what we ordered, good food and good drink. I love you clam chowder soup except it is a bit salty. The section we were seated was nice but a bit too crowded for our group of 7 people. We were aware that our server (Sup Geli) was new but her service was cheerful and excellent. Thank her for that for us please.

Our first visit to Moxies at Fairview Mall. We felt welcome when we arrived to check in and wait for our friends. Our server Somi, did an excellent job of looking after us. Made appropriate recommendations and even presented us with a complimentary dessert to add to the success of our evening. The music is energetic, so be aware of that for conversation purposes. We would recommend this location to others.

Enjoyed eating on the bar side, watching the Jays game. Justice, I think that's her name, was an attentive server and the support staff were all attentive. Service was A+ from everyone. I'd eat here again.

Renee was very rude and ruined our night. I had to ask her 3 times to bring napkins in order for her to remember. Had alot of attitude. I usually have a pleasant experience at Moxies but this was disappointing.

We had a lovely time on the patio! Staff was very accommodating when we asked to switch tables. Food was great and the weight staff was friendly and helpful.

A lovely place for friends gathering. Appetizers tasted good. Loved the curved booth, great for sharing food and having chats among friends.

I’ve been here a few times, but this last visit was really disappointing. The restaurant has an online payment option where you can split and pay your bill individually, so we tried that instead of going through our server, thinking it would be more convenient. Unfortunately, some of my friends had issues with the system and had to pay by tapping their cards manually.

On top of that, one of the payments showed up right away in the bank app and we even got an email receipt, but our server, Kalypsa, insisted it didn’t go through and said she had to check with her manager. She asked us to wait and promised to come back, but we ended up sitting there for almost an hour — and she never returned. When we finally spoke with the manager, she had an attitude, never even introduced herself as the manager, and told us there were actually no issues at all, adding that she thought we had left earlier.

Overall, the online payment feature is unreliable, the communication was poor, and the service we received made the whole experience frustrating. Definitely not the kind of treatment I’d expect after being a repeat customer.

As a regular at Moxie's Fairview, I have to say the experience keeps me coming back—and it all starts with the amazing people. Somi is truly one of a kind: attentive, genuine, and always making sure everything is just right. She has a way of remembering the little details and making every visit feel special. And it's not just Somi—it's the whole team. From the friendly hosts to the bartenders who always mix the perfect drink, everyone here contributes to the warm, welcoming atmosphere. Big credit to the GM for running such a solid team. If you're looking for a place where the food and drinks are great but the people make it unforgettable, Moxie's Fairview is it. Definitely my go-to spot!

I came to Moxie's with my father and we had an impeccable experience our server, Maria Was incredibly kind and helpful she was a big part of this wonderful experience. For the appetizer we got the calamari and shrimp. My father order the striploni stake and the double chivs on the rocks and a spiked tropic thunder and everything was beyond he's exceptions. I order the beef short rib au jus dip, virgin tropic thunder and a virgin ceaser and everything was perfect. the service and food guarantees out return.
