Waitress came and introduced herself to us, said she’d come back for our orders but we waited 50 min and she never came back, it was pretty empty in the restaurant to. There was no other staff in sight we could talk to. This was mid afternoon, the other table in the room seemed to be having the same issue

First time to this Moxies. Unfortunately it took a long time to have someone take our drink order and food order. Our food took a very long time to arrive and then arrived at different times. 3 of the 5 of us served and then the forth after 5 mins and the. The last of us after another 5 mins. Had to ask for more water and refills on drinks. Lastly the bathroom was out of bath tissue. Not the best visit.

I come here every month with my friends to catch up on all of the drama in our lives, and I decided it was now time to write a review. One word to describe this location: AMAZING. The service is excellent, the food is delicious, and the atmosphere is fantastic. I frequently come here and order the burger with fries. It is consistently excellent. The patties are well cooked, the fries are crispy, well salted, and overall great. For an appetiser, I generally have the nachos, which are fantastic. The sour cream, salsa, and guacamole taste fresh, and the chips aren't mushy from all of the toppings, which I enjoy. Even if I'm full, I'll have the bite of brownie for dessert. It is an ideal-sized dessert and tastes great. The blondie brownie with ice cream, whipped cream, and chocolate sauce is really stunning. I will continue to return and appreciate this restaurant. Check this location out!

My overall experience was great! Our server was amazing. The atmosphere was good as well! We got a sest in the lounge area, so we could watch the Leaf game while we were eating as well.We ordered a Caesar Salad, Nachos, and a fried calamari to share between 2 people. We also ordered 2 different mocktails. Every was good, except the calamari. It was warm (temperature), not hot when it got served. Also, the portion was a little on the smaller side.Overall, we had a good time on our visit.Parking: It was hard to find parking on the weekend as this Moxies is attached to the mall. The entrance from the mall will be closed after mall hours.

Brought my wife and young kids in to have an early dinner. We were quickly seated, which was nice, but then ended up waiting 15 minutes with no sign of our server. Then we noticed a couple who sat after us having their order taken so we decided to get up and leave to the food court as our kids were overly hungry at this point. Seeing as the place was mostly empty and there were lots of staff passing us, we found this service to be unacceptable. There was not hostess at the front to inform of this issue and we will likely not be returning with our kids.

Amazing hostesses, waitresses and super nice restaurant. On March 3rd I came in with my husband, 5 kids (youngest is 2) to celebrate my 13 year olds birthday and best friends birthday with her fiancée and felt very welcomed and attended too through our meal. They went above and beyond . 100/100.

Whoever the chef is at this Moxie's location is doing a great job. I enjoyed everything I ate - starter, mains and dessert. The calamari might be the best I've ever tasted! And my waiter did an excellent job. I needed some alone downtime and that's exactly what I got. Thank you.
