If you order filled ones they are amazing. I don’t like chocolate, so I ordered salted caramel and it was fab. My friends loved the chocolate filled ones with hazelnut drizzle.

I’ve been a regular customer for a while and have always come back because the quality was consistent and the puffs were genuinely enjoyable. So I was completely shocked by how bad this particular box of double-fried puffs turned out to be.
First off, the texture was almost unbearable — way too hard, like they were over-fried or left out for too long. I don’t mind a good crunch, but these were *jaw-breaking*. On top of that, the taste was just awful. It had a stale oil aftertaste that lingered long after I stopped eating. It felt like I was chewing on fried grease with a side of regret.
What’s worse is that I trusted Mr.puffs enough to buy the larger box, assuming it would be the same quality I’ve come to expect. Big mistake — ended up tossing the entire thing after a few bites.
Really disappointed this time. I hope this isn’t a sign of slipping standards, because if this keeps up, I won’t be coming back.

One of my fav dessert spots. Crunchy puffs on the outside and super soft on the inside. A huge variety of flavour toppings and the soft serve is to die for! They also always have specials going on and coupons that go around which we can all appreciate :)

Eaten them many time but never been inside. Took my wife here for the first time. Wow! This is some next level awesomeness. Staff are very friendly and super efficient. Store is small but there are a few places to sit. Very very clean place. Excellent after dinner treats! Fluffy sweet and savoury. Had the sugar cinnamon ones for the first time. Wow yum. Highly recommend this place for any sweet tooth. Thanks for the great end to our evening!

What a beautiful packaging job by Mr puffs. This was a joint effort on both Mr puffs and Uber eats to deliver this $50 disaster to my door. They bagged the box on its side so the Uber eats courier with zero sense in their brain also carried it sideways in the bag! Sloppy sticky mess all over my home and a box of mushy trash that nobody can enjoy.
