This was hands down one of the worst takeout experiences I’ve had in a long time. I placed a simple order, and somehow they still managed to completely mess it up — and not just a small mistake. They literally took someone else’s messed-up order and tossed it into mine like it didn’t matter.
Another customer apparently didn’t want sauce on their wrap, and instead of remaking it properly, they threw that protein into my wrap, covered it in random sauce that I didn’t even ask for, and called it a day. That’s absolutely unacceptable. It’s unsanitary, lazy, and shows zero care or respect for the customer.
To make it worse, they skimped on everything. The wrap had barely a dab of hot sauce (I literally had to ask for more), and they completely skipped most of the toppings. I ended up with just tomatoes
This isn’t just bad service; it’s disrespectful to paying customers. These two running this location are going to tank this business if something doesn’t change. The Mr. Souvlaki chain needs to seriously look into this location because they are destroying the brand’s reputation.
Save your money, your appetite, and your patience — go anywhere else.
I just got food from here this morning. I chose Mr. Souvlaki because of positive experience with the chain in the past, but I was quite disappointed at the quality of the food from this place. I attest to majority of what’s mentioned by other customers on the review here. The rice was soggy and it tasted like it’s over cooked. The chicken was bland and cold. Salad wasn’t fresh. I think this place needs a change in management or owner. Few minor changes in approaches from owner and management toward the business and managing the consistency can change a whole lot and it appears that they haven’t done anything to address customer’s concerns so far.
The tzatziki is like water

I don't usually write reviews but this place is HORRIBLE. Watered down tatziki and dressing. Taste like nothing. They are also very stingy with it. One small spoonful for large salad. Stingy with all toppings, and crazy expensive. Don't waste your money here.
Then they leave the same copy and paste reply saying they've been in the business for 17 years blah, blah. If they cared about their reviews they would change what they do. They could stop watering down the dressing and tazizki, they could buy fresh pitas, they could not be so stingy on the toppings, but they don't care. It's no wonder they never have a line when all the other places do..
Asked for a chicken souvlaki on a pita with lettuce, onions, cheese and tzatziki NO TOMATOES. Got a cold chicken souvlaki with lettuce, onions, TOMATOES, no cheese, instead of tzatziki she put dressing and it made my pita extremely soggy. STRAIGHT INTO THE GARBAGE IT WENT
Service was pretty decent. Potatoes and chicken were delicious, but the rice was hard and the tzatziki sauce was watery.
BUYER BEWARE!
We were starving, we saw the place and after we ordered we regretted instantly.
The employee serving said “i only have two chicken you want that?” We said “sure”. She took out the pita…very small. Then she put a quarter or a slice of tomato, some lettuce and white yogurt. One second in the toaster and gave to me. She had no fried. She was in a hurry. After i paid she closed right away and she left.
The food was a shame, actually i felt scammed. The pita was still cold, it wasn’t wrapped properly, it opened up. The chicken itself was actually ok, but the meal was a joke.
NEVER AGAIN!
I wanted to love this place. People. are very friendly. Got a pita wrap with chicken. Pita tasted stale and the chicken processed. I couldn't eat the pita it was so bad. Too bad as I love Greek food and the employees were very nice.
Today I went to a food court in my office building for a Greek wrap. The pitas used were so small it was comical. I wish I took a picture but it was so gross that I actually threw it in the garbage where it belonged.
They were out of tzatziki, even though it was only 11 am! She slopped some clear disgusting liquid on the tiny, dry pita, put the chicken on and some slimy lettuce. I said, can I not have some olives or feta cheese? She said "NO, $1 extra"
Since when does a Greek restaurant charge extra for FETA CHEESE? So in summary, no olives, no tzatziki and no feta in a Greek wrap. How ridiculous.
I am incredibly disappointed by the service, the product and the overall experience.

What kind of Souvlaki stand has no Souvlaki? These guys apparently aren't in business.

Order a lamb/ beef wrapIt was cold, the paper was stuck to the pita and everything was falling apart, the worst lunch experience.
Disgusting. The lettuce is brown, they put salad dressing versus Tzatziki on the sandwich making it soggy and gross. I never write reviews but people should not waste their money on this.

There are much better Greek places downtown. Even if you want something quick, go somewhere else. Got the chicken souvlaki and I wasn’t even sure that’s what it was when I got it.
