my pizza sub was cold after i asked it to be toasted and it had like barely any marinara on it even after i asked for extra. some guy in there was shouting at the top of his lungs. it was too busy for only a single employee to be there. worst sandwich i have ever had and i don’t blame the employee, i blame the franchise owner who spent like TWENTY MINUTES in front of me making constant corrections to what he wanted on his sandwich. surreal experience

The staff here is extremely inhospitable. We purchased a cookie and were simply waiting for our cab when we were told to go outside. Basic courtesy and humanity seem to be missing. At this point, robots would show more empathy than humans.

The staff member was extremely rude and lacked basic communication skills. After we placed our order, we were told to leave immediately, even though we were already informed that dining inside the store was not allowed. This was my first experience with Mr. Sub, and it was very disappointing.
Normally I go during the day. But I came once 0240hours 20 minutes before they closed. They didnt have meatballs for the meat ball sub so I got the pizza sub. When he finished it he couldn't use anything but the microwave to cook it because he had already shut down everything. When I tried if at home it was inedible had to throw away the whole thing.
1. If you close everything down at 0230 hours on a Friday night then close at 0230 hours. Dont offer sub par food.
2.never have only microwaves avilable it is so gross.
As they are now stay away at night.
If I could give negative. Amazingly bad when you consider its good during the day and early night.
