The best Mr sub there is ! I’ve been coming here all my life and I will drive from Brampton to rexdale just to get a sub because it’s always fresh and always the best customer service! Phil and Gus are awesome. You are treated like family when you walk In the door.

Been coming here for a couple years steady.. its hard to find a good mr sub location and this one is one of the best ive been to. Always clean. Good service. Good quality. Never had any issues.

So, we ordered a few nights before, then last night. Both times asked for extra lettuce and tomatoes, and received barely any lettuce and 4 tomatoes. We literally received 4 pickles on each sub, so not what we requested, and last night was worse. Ordered 4 subs and the two pizza subs were cold and dry, even though we asked for extra sauce. Today my son is having frequent bathroom visits, and my stomach is doing cartwheels . In person it’s been good, but man,,, it was hideous ordering from uber. They don’t assemble the sandwiches so the responsibility goes to the store. Already complained to uber about the driving making multiple stops before our food getting to us which is why the hot subs were cold. Not impressed, and having Italian owners, should make sure they and their staff pay attention to detail. Read notes on orders and honor them. I won’t be back, and this is why our Canadian owned chains suffer.

I really appreciate it when a worker goes out of their way to help a client. Tonight I ordered six subs and one was supposed to be free as I was already eight out of nine on the offers. Somehow the free sub didn’t get on the order and wasn’t delivered. Thank you to your worker Frank who made a special trip to bring me my missing free sub. it is this type of outstanding service that makes your clients come back to you. Thank you so much and by the way, the food was terrific.

Will travel past other Mr subs just to come here.... , best subs ever. Fresh produce. Not stingy with the jalapenos big fella behind counter is the sweetest. Staff and work area is always clean and organized..... Handles the line very well. Quick in and out.

this was disgusting id give it a 0 if i could i think your chicken is off both my partner and i feel sick after eating our subs i think the person making mine and my partners subs got confused and coated both of our subs in sauce it was so soggy we couldnt even eat it also the skip driver didnt even deliver it to the right door
