Been a long while since my last visit to a Mr. Sub. Used to go all the time ages ago but locations got scarce, especially out West.
This visit was great. The location was clean and bright. The young lady was friendly and made my sub exactly how I wanted. The sub was pretty good as well. Definitely earned multiple repeat visits.

The attendant not very organize in preparing the sandwich. The male attendant knows how to prepare the sandwich better than the attendant today.

I went to this location for spicy chicken, which is my fav. This is by far the dirtiest food establishment I visited. I don't think they ever cleaned this location. From the walls to the counter and windows, everything is so filthy. The Oven where they bake bread looks like it hasn't been cleaned for years, and their fridge is disgusting; on top of that, at noon lunch hour, only one girl works, and the poor girl has to service the walking and stop accepting the online order, shame on the owner to running this location like this, this location should be closed by health spectator Also, by looking at the owner's responses to other complaints, you could tell how poor the operation is by copying and pasting the same response to all the reviews instead of looking for a resolution to do better and trying to fix those issues. Now you wonder why Mr. Sub's locations keep closing down. Poor Management, operation from top to bottom. I would never go there again. Gross

This location is in my medical arts building. Every time I go to the Dr., I frequently stop in for a sub. I like a sub w/ only half the amount of ham it normally comes with but an extra slice of cheese. EVERY sub should on the planet will make that change without added cost, even this location; until today. Moronic.

Just came back from this location, never would've thought I would have such a bad experience ordering a sub! As soon as I came in the girl at the counter was so miserable with a terrible attitude. I guess she wasn't happy cause I came in 45 min before closing and she was cleaning up. I ordered a assorted 12 inch, there was no more lettuce or onions, not sure if there was back up but she didn't even offer it. What a miserable person to deal with. I will not go to this location anymore. Get better employees!!!

The lady who was working during night at 8:00 was so arrogant and in hurry She didn’t even washed her hands after touching her hair, last time as well there as Indian girl who did the same but when told her to wash hands atleast she did and was polite Moreover, whenever this lady who is working tonight works, she’s out of mostly all breads How ?

Friendly staff but washrooms were disgusting like beyond healthy they looked like they had not been cleaned in a week and had a team of greasy mechanics fondle the door. I couldn't even imagine the kitchen .

I went to there there is guy he dont have mannners to talk with customers i customise my veggie sub and he used same gloves used for meat i told that guy but he was very rude .. worst experience i ever had ????????
