Just ordered takeout on Uber eats for the buy 1 get 1 , customized an amazing pizza sub combo only to receive a cold, untoasted piece of crap missing the toppings I selected. I love Mr sub but this location keeps dropping the ball. Not going to order from here again.
Photo attached is of the sub I ordered when it should have been a grilled and toasted, melted cheese pizza sub with lettuce, tomatoes, onions. Green peppers, mushrooms, pizza sauce, marinara and ceaser.. not what I received.

Got a small assorted sub. Sub maker over poured sauces and didnt cut the bread in half properly. Some ingredients didn't look fresh in the containers. After I ate the sub I felt somewhat okay. But later at night I had a headache and I threw up. Then I looked at the reviews of this place and explained everything. This place is cursed or something. Quite sad.

I just ordered 2 seafood subs through Uber eats. And the first one I opened up had a cock roach in it. I dont know if this came from the store or the Ubers bike. Will never order again.

I got a vegetarian mexican sub here and i dont know what was it, my stomach got upset after having it. When i went and told the person (as its right in front of my house) the person said idk its not me, i was not on shift and i didnt serve you’ like he couldnt help me in anyway basically!! Do not recommend this Place at all

Haven’t had Mr Sub in a long time. The bread is not fully cut in half. Protein was minimal, veggies were minimal. Everything tasted terrible. Was pretty much eating bread with veggies for most of the sub. Not sure if it is all locations are like this but I won’t be returning.

Very disappointing. I ordered a chicken parm sub combo on Doordash. It arrived cold with no sauce. It was not grilled as ordered, the bread was cold, wet, and fell apart. Doordash wouldn't help. I called the store and got put on hold then disconnected. Almost $30 gone to waste. Never again.

Anybody coming here for a free birthday sub coupon, they only honor it for 7 days, when the coupon clearly says that it's valid for 30 days. Yein, the manager, was an absolute hardass about dealing with this and refused to accommodate. Be warned.

Been a long while since my last visit to a Mr. Sub. Used to go all the time ages ago but locations got scarce, especially out West.
This visit was great. The location was clean and bright. The young lady was friendly and made my sub exactly how I wanted. The sub was pretty good as well. Definitely earned multiple repeat visits.
