Mr Zagros - Best Shawarma in Town

Shawarma is not tasty!!! they asked to put garlic sauce and cheese in the shawarma, but they didn’t put cheese, the garlic sauce is regular

Wow! Heard a lot about this place from friends and finally went, totally worth it. The wraps are the length of your arm.$11.99! Plates feed 2 people easy. The place is spotless and the lady I dealt with at the King St. And Bathurst location was an absolute pleasure! Recommended!

Ordered their Donner Box . The quantity was very little , the chicken was bland , and the picture showed that it came with vegetables but they said that it didn’t come with it and it would cost extra . That would make my review maybe a 2-3 star . The worse part of it , is I asked if I could use the washroom . They said it was broken , which I understand. I then went and tried to use the hand sanitizer and there wasn’t anymore , I asked them if they could refill the hand sanitizer, they said no . I asked if they have anything that I can use to wash my hands or etc ? They said no . I think it’s crazy for a place to be a dine in and not have a way for their patrons to wash their hands . The employees seemed to care very little. With all that said I can’t recommend this restaurant

The place is nice but the food is not delicious. I have ordered chicken shish kebab but not what I expected. The chicken was so salty and not tasty at all. I tried twice but the taste always tasted bad to me. It’s definitely disappointing and doesn’t worth the price. I don’t believe i will try

This is the place I want to go when I want healthy feeling and good portion sized shawarmas.It is my top 2 shawarma place and I like to rotate between my top 2 as they’re good for different reasons.

I had the most delicious shawarma experience at Mr. Zagros Shawarma! The shawarma was incredibly yummy, packed with flavor that left my taste buds dancing. Falafel was fresh too. The friendly staff made the experience even better, with their warm smiles and attentive service. Don't miss their Garlic Sauce it's out of the world. The combination of great taste and a welcoming atmosphere makes this place a definite go-to for shawarma lovers. Can't wait to visit again!

I was at this location recently and it completely ruined my experience with Mr Zagros as a corporation. I was only a few bites into my chicken shawarma when I came across a hair in my meal. I went to the counter to show the employees and they said it wasn't a hair and it was a 'fabric'. I'm not sure how a fabric is any better than a hair - neither should be in food that you serve to the public. They got quite defensive that it wasn't their fault and shrugged it off. After spending $35, I threw out my meal since I was disgusted and had no appetite to keep eating. I barely ate a quarter of my meal and I completely wasted my money on below average food and service. Do NOT go to Mr Zagros - especially this location!

Best shawarma in Toronto! Very good service, both the women were so sweet and amazing food. Definitely check it out if you are looking for big portions of great food for a great price

We recently had the pleasure of dining at this Turkish-style restaurant. The menu offered a wide variety of delicious options. The flavors were fantastic, and the portion sizes were also generous. We highly recommend the food, especially Adana kebab!

Service always on point food is always fresh clean and satisfying . Portions r huge so it’s always a great value for ur money . Everywhere working there is extremely amazing I have eat here at least once a month my favorite is chicken sheesh Kebobs and the chicken sandwich if u looking for a decent filling snack . Flavors r well balanced nothing is over powering u get a fresh warm in house made bread which is super lite to eat and tasty . Give it a try one of the best shawarma in the city .

Vegetarian options: Falafel is crispy always made fresh and that with hummus is just amazing . Falafel plate is equally as flavorful with amazing sauces and fresh vegetables .

Great food made by the greatest people.By far the best shawarma spot in the GTA. The food tastes amazing. The portions are more than generous. They have unique authentic offerings that you will struggle to find in any other shawarma spots like iskender and kunefe. However, the best thing about this place is the people, they are gracious and go above and beyond in their customer service.

Two staff members working today are great excellent welcoming customer service. They offered me the biggest delicious wrap.

One of the best shawarmas I’ve had, I preferred the wrap over the plate but both are amazing!
