My Roti Place/My Dosa Place

Very good taste. Healthy options. Vegetarian options. Halal options. Very quick service.

I order frequently from this location on doordash. The flavour of paneer karahi is good but the portion size has considerably reduced from what it used to be over the time. It used to be little more quantity which used to touch the very first rim from the bottom but now it is under that.

Too crowded, just 3 people in staff, not a good place to dine in.
Most of the menu items are out of stock or the cook wants to make it so you have limited options.

I recently ordered idly for takeout from this place, and it was a huge disappointment.it was clear the idlis were just reheated in a microwave right in front of me and arguing that they didn’t – not freshly steamed. They were dry, rubbery, and lacked the softness

I never post reviews but this was crazy.
Never visit this creepy place……….. this is specifically for him, visited with few girl friends of mine and there was this disgusting guy on the other end who was constantly staring at all of us girls and making it awkward to even be there. He kept on staring at us as and was making some weird expressions by sticking his tongue out to us as if he had never seen girls before in his entire lyf, he was their employee in blue shirt and and it was so shameful that he made us uncomfortable by constantly looking at us, we didn’t feel safe and left instead of eating there

Pathetic service by this guy.... I am visiting this restaurant from last 3 years . Always got good service and food but this time got disappointed by seeing cashier is wearing airpod while taking orders. It was busy and instead of giving good hospitality , he was on call and at the same time taking order. I have never seen this kind of hospitality . You either use your phone or take order dont mix both things while at work.

I always go to this place with my kids they love their cheese dosa. The staff is very friendly as well. we always have great time

Good but not great. The sambar was nice, though not exceptional. The dosa was crispy and tasty. The service was decent, and the interior was just okay.

I love the food here! Normal prices, great quality. You gotta try their roti paneer bowl, it was amazing!

I stayed at the westen harbor castle for my birthday and i ate here every day. I had the potato roti, honey garlic cauliflower bites, the samosa and the mango lassie. There hot sauce is actually hot so be warned lol i enjoyed everything i got from my roti place. I will have to find a location near me and try the dosa and butter paneer roti next time 👍

Vegetarian options: As a vegetarian i had plenty to choose from. They also have vegan options available.

I have been a customer for 5 years now.

However, I have seen recently that they are now charging substantial amount on DoorDash. The quality has decreased and the Doordash product selection has become disorganized, where they a charge a $1 extra just to select the roti option. They are offering panner for $18.99 and an extra dollar for roti!

This practice will affect your business sooner or later, I must say. Also, you have already lost a regular customer.

I suggest that, you should take control of the prices of Doordash where the same item is available for less at the store. I also suggest that you should add all the products on Doordash and allow customers to select relevant options without more charges.
