Absolutely pathetic guest management. Tables are occupied endlessly by people long after they’ve finished eating, clueless staff just watch. Dirty plates sit in front of guests who seem in no hurry to leave. Hygiene and cleanliness? Nonexistent. The place reeks of neglect, reminiscent of the filthiest roadside dhaba. Disgustingly dirty, shockingly untidy. Garbage piles up with no one bothering to clear it. Not a single manager in sight. At this rate, the restaurant won’t need competition, it’ll collapse on its own the moment a food inspector walks in. # 12 Queens Quay, Toronto. ON. If flagship is so awful imagine others!

I had a really disappointing experience here. Both the food and service were below expectations. The young guy serving us was very rude and not attentive at all, it felt like he didn’t care about the customers. Definitely not the kind of service you’d expect when dining out. Wouldn’t recommend this place.

Alright, had the lamb roti.
The stupid spice level is actually stupid spicy. The hottest Indian food I've ever had! Tasted very good too, the pieces of meat could be better cuts but there was plenty inside which was good.

One of the best do are in whole Ontario I would say I have tried Anna Lakshmi. I have tried guru Lakshmi, but the Masala dosa at this place is ultra amazing and no restaurant can beat the dosa they offer

Convenient location near the theatres, visited in the evening and the place was busy, food is great specially the vadapav, the guy and the girl were polite and fast, washroom accessible as well and wide range of options to order

We were craving some simple Indian food when we visited Toronto and bumped into this place. We went there two days in a row!
The food was simple, fresh and flavourful.
Generous portions and value for money.

Mysore masala dosa, its YUMMM, the lady suggested to try it and I was a bit skeptical as I cannot tolerate spice but it was great for my palate, reminded me of back home, the sambhar was really delicious too. keep it up guys

Loved their spinach curry with no spice - healthy and creamy, garlic bread was really hard and chewy and can be improved. Also they discontinued my favourite kale roti 😓
The lady and the gentleman were nice and accommodating and helped me and my mate with some great suggestions. (He loved his superior chicken butter curry). Coming back again for sure ❤️

Ordered :
1) Pav bhaji Dosa(extra super spicy)- Perfect but less spicy
2) Egg fried rice (extra super spicy)- Good but we did not like it as it was not spicy at allll...
Mysore masala dosa (asked for super spicy) - the employee (girl working on sunday at 12.30 pm denied us that they cant make it spicy and we can add green chillies for extra dollar) - I said yes for that.
We received the dosa with raw green chillies inside...- Very dissappointing to see that. Obviously no body expects raw green chillies which are not even tossed in oil !
The girl was super rude and looked annoyed for no reason. I am also a worker at a food chain, we never do that but definitely are wellspoken with everybody !
Anyways, pav bhaji dosa was nice

Food is great for Indian taste. But service and staffing planning is pathetic. I waited for 5 mins just standing at counter for a tissue napkin (didn't get it so just left the restaurant and bought a coffee at adjoining Timmies to get additional paper napkin). The single overburdened person at the counter is also responsible for taking mobile orders. Due to severe shortage of staff, the mobile orders took 10 mins to finalize, till that time dine-in waiting queue grew to more than 7 people (which the restaurant actually has no space to even make them stand comfortably).
