Was looking for sushi at Eaton, but wasn't too happy with the prepackaged stuff so came across the street to here. Was absolutley worth it, big portions for a good price. The staff is also super friendly, and me and my partner were super happy with how fresh everything was.Cross the street, the sushis worth itVegetarian options: Solid avocado rolls

Yesterday, I needed to grab a bite to eat before heading over to Massey Hall for a concert. In the past, the food court at CF Eaton Centre was one of my usual places to get grub. I changed things up and visited the food court at Atrium on Bay. It was nice seeing several stalls open at around 4:30 pm. It was a toss-up choice between My Sushi or Fusia Asian Kitchen. I looked at the former's menu and liked what I saw. An early dinner from My Sushi, it was! You can get a bunch of sushi rolls. There were many options. I took one look at the poke menu and knew I needed a bowl. I got a regular. You can also do a large. A Chinese couple owns this business. The man took my order. The woman prepared my bowl. The man was helpful and nice. He said that I could do rice or salad, or half of each, if I liked. I went with salad. For the sauce, I chose teriyaki. I also got a Diet Coke. I waited patiently for my food. It didn't take too long. The woman asked if I needed a plastic bag. I waived it off, as I was going to rip open and devour my food at the food court. I cracked open my can of Diet Coke. It was cold and hit the spot. I loved my poke bowl. The salmon was fresh and yummy. The mandarin oranges were a nice twist. They brightened this bowl significantly. There were crispy green bits that I enjoyed, but I didn't know what I ate... lol The greens are iceberg lettuce. I would have liked mixed greens, but the crisp lettuce worked out surprisingly nicely. The half-avocado's presentation was amazing. It was cubed and fanned out. This find was awesome! I would love to return for more. The regular-sized poke bowl was perfect. Down the road, I can see my getting a large. Perhaps I'll try the sashimi next. I love sashimi! (197)

Definitely the best sushi I've had from a food court. Fresh, good quality and portions, and reasonably priced. We went toward the end of the day so I'm not sure if it was due to the timing but our rolls were made to order. Everything was delicious, especially the spicy Salmon which is some of the best I've had - excellent fish/tenkasu/rice ratio.Everything was prepared with care and the Dynamite Spicy Salmon combo is excellent value for the price.

Reasonable pricing given the location of Downtown. It was really good portions for what you get and found it filling. The service was quick. The place is located inside the Atrium food court with lots of seating even during lunch hours. It’s a lot more quiet here compared to Eaton Centre food court. I would definitely have it again.

Way better than you’d expect at a food court - but you’re definitely paying a premium for it. It’s good restaurant quality for good restaurant price.Spicy salmon roll was actually made with choice cuts of salmon as opposed to scraps and scrapings mixed with tempura bits and spicy mayonnaise like you’d find at many other restaurants. They use spicy tempura bits to give the spicy salmon roll its spice which I’ve never seen before and is really cool. (I like this better than the usual mayo + sriracha)The rice is done very well - very balanced. At first glance I thought they may have used brown rice but I’m thinking maybe it’s actually red sushi vinegar (very cool, but would love to be corrected if I’m wrong). Not sure when I’ll have it again because it’s expensive (for a food court) but I’ll definitely look forward to it when I do!

The sushi is excellent here. Service is friendly but, very slow. Today I ordered two combo #2 and I waited 45 minutes to get them. Too slow for a lunch break.

This place is located in the foodcourt at Atrium on Bay. I get the poke bowls for lunch from time to time and they are delicious! The fish is always fresh and service is friendly. I love the tuna poke bowl with wasabi mayo. I have yet to try the salmon but looking forward to it one day. It is quite pricey, $19 after tax for the smaller size pole bowl but the quality makes up for it and I am satisfied with the portion. I recommend giving it a try if you are looking for a quick lunch.
