This place is amazing. The ambiance is great, the food is yummy. The service is a little slow, could be a rush hour maybe but I feel adding more staff could help with this. The server forgot our tea and served it after reminding that too in the end when we were about to ask for bill.

My kids recommended a visit and asked to enjoy, Smoked Brisket Naan. ?They are famous for their stuffed naans.Anyway yesterday, in a lighter mood, we ordered Beef Bihari Kabab Naan, and Chicken Malai Boti Naan with Kashmiri Chai. With additional dips of Mint and Smoked Garlic.We enjoyed the food. Naan's tastes very nice and Chai was good.Food was delicious. Served on time. Staff was nice. Atmosphere was casual yet elegant. ✔️For sure will visit again.

Great food, we had the Chicken Malai which your server Sans recommended. It was pretty good. Service by Sans was also top notch. Really like that the kitchen is not open to the dining area. So the place doesn’t have to smell like food all the time. Nice atmosphere too.

I decided to try their Karak chai for the first time, but they ran out, so they kindly offered us a complimentary Kashmiri chai. Unfortunately, the milk was expired, turning the drink into something akin to yogurt, in addition to the extremely foul smell and taste. It was disappointing that they didn't check the milk's freshness before serving it. Unfortunately, their lack of attention to detail tainted the overall experience. Please check the drink prior to consuming it.
It's good food...but what made me give this place 1 ⭐ was the fact that their staff member came out of the washroom stall, phone in hand and just walked out of the washroom.You really should consider washing your hands...I don't care what you were doing in a closed washroom stall...the fact that you touched washroom doors, which are dirty is enough...then she went back to work and I didn't witness her wash her hands before serving more customers.Just gross.I'll have to dig up my photos and update when I have an opportunity.Don't get me wrong, the food was delicious, the place was ample and the accomodation of a large group was appreciated...but please, wash your hands. Thank you.On another note, they weren't checking all peoples vaccination status cards...this is when Ontario had it as a part of their health regulations to allow only vaccinated individuals inside (agree or not isn't the issue...they violated health rules).

I called at about 7.15 pm and confirm their timings and availability of seats.We went from Brampton North and it took 40 mins.We were ready for an order, but it came to our knowledge that the kitchen for smokey meat was closed at 8PM already.They did not inform me when I called him.Plus, service was pathetic. I reached out to the waitresses 3 times and requested them to take our order.
