A wonderful experience! Worth every cent and more!!!!!!!! I will definitely be scanning the site to see what else we can book. Chef Bastien was a wonderful teacher and took time to check in on each individual station.
A very fun and informative sourdough making class. Bastian is a wonderful teacher and the bread was delicious. Would def recommend
Bread and butter. What could be better. Great instructions and wonderful take home. Bastian is a terrific teacher.
When I first stumbled upon Nadege on Queen West in 2010, I had no idea I was about to walk into a place that would become so much more than a pastry shop to me. Back then, it felt like a breath of fresh air—a modern, clean haven offering a dazzling variety of delicious creations. I quickly learned that the magic behind it all was Nadège Nourian, a fourth-generation French pastry chef from Lyon. Knowing her family's rich history made every bite feel like a connection to a long, beautiful tradition of craftsmanship.
Over the years, this place has become a constant in my life. It's where I go for the intricate layers of the Marie Antoinette cake, a true masterpiece of flavour and texture. The individual donut cakes are a sweet, delightful indulgence, and the canelés—my absolute must-have—are a perfect symphony of crispy, caramelized shell and soft, custardy center. They are the simple, elegant pastries I always return to, a little taste of perfection every time.
But Nadege is more than just pastries. It’s a wonderful spot for a light breakfast, a quick snack, or a delicious small sandwich. It has been a quiet witness to so many moments, both big and small, in my life. Every visit feels like coming home, and with each canelé, I'm reminded of the simple joy of discovering something truly special. It’s a place that not only satisfies my cravings but also touches my heart with its unwavering commitment to beauty and flavour.
I can see why this is my aunts favourite place! Such good food and desserts. Definitely take someone who you’re trying to impress here.
Great experience we tried their macarons and matcha, Camille was exceptional with her service
incredible pastries, will definitely return, fantastic service as well!
Loved my Canadian!
I had such a great experience with Nadege’s baking lessons! Bastian was an incredible teacher — patient, knowledgeable, and engaging throughout the class. The session was not only fun but also very informative, and I walked away with skills I’ll actually use at home. The class was amazing from start to finish and absolutely worth both the time and the money. Highly recommend! Will be back for more lessons!
Great cakes!

Tried the almond croissant. Absolute perfection. Flaky, buttery layers, a lightly toasted almond topping, and just the right amount of sweet, nutty almond filling. It was so good I went back the morning of my flight just to grab another. I live in NYC surrounded by great bakeries, and this still ranks as one of the best I have ever had.
The café is bright and modern, the staff is super friendly, and the whole place feels welcoming.
Definitely worth a visit!
Incredible macaron making class with Bastien! Would highly recommend to anyone! He was so knowledgeable, patient and kind.
Excellent I all respects.
Ordered the selection of cakes, what a great assortment. Fantastic quality and a nice diversity in flavor options. I would highly recommend Nadège!
Great croissant master class! Easy to follow, lots of fun and tons of fresh baked croissants at the end! (Best part)
