I’ve been to this place many many times, but had an awful experience today. I ordered for pickup from “Khao San Road” on DoorDash, and then when I went to pick it up, they told me the location was 20 minutes away. They then showed me that it was just a totally different restaurant called “Nana”. When I said that these are 2 completely different restaurants, the manager told me that this is DoorDash’s fault and not theres and I should complain to DoorDash and not them and that they can’t do anything about me not being able to get my order FROM THEIR RESTAURANT… So they essentially told me “please go fix our tech problems for us”. Awful customer service. Super annoying. This place just lost a very regular customer.

From the moment I walked in, the vibes were electric: cozy yet lively atmosphere with that perfect mix of authentic Thai street-food energy and cool Toronto charm. The place transports you straight to Bangkok without leaving the city. The food? Hands down some of the best Thai I've had in Toronto. Everything was bursting with fresh, bold flavors—perfect balance of spice, sweet, sour, and savory. The dishes were authentic, beautifully presented, and clearly made with care. I couldn't stop eating! But what really made the night was the service. Our server, Shisam, was absolutely fantastic—warm, attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and genuinely friendly. She made recommendations that hit the spot and checked in just the right amount without being overbearing. Service like that turns a good meal into an unforgettable one. If you're craving top-tier Thai food, incredible vibes, and genuinely great service, Nana is a must-visit. Highly recommend—I'll be back soon! Had a great experience at Nana Thai Restaurant. We tried a few dishes and the chicken salad is absolutely to die forr. The music was excellent and the lighting was perfectly moody and not too bright which made it a great date spot. Our server Nabina was amazing and made the experience even better.

Honestly, I have a mixed review about this restaurant. To start off, the spring rolls were amazing. I’ve never had pork and crab spring rolls but they were delicious. In contrast, I didn’t really like the Khao Soi. The flavour wasn’t strong and the additional ingredients (like the veggies) didn’t add anything to the dish. I usually like Khao Soi, but I felt this restaurant could have made this dish better. Also, it’s a bit too dark in there and it was quite difficult to read the menu. Other than that, the staff were friendly and accommodating.
