First let me say I love Nandos. Been a fan for like 30yrs from when I lived in South Africa. Thrilled when they came to Canada years ago and been frequent visitor here too. This for the first time was poor encounter. Ordered from mobile app the new lunch special of 1/4 chicken breast & peri-peri fries for $9.99. Asked for lemon herb - got nothing. Bland as can be. No utensils, no napkins just left to eat bland chicken at desk with hands for lunch. Obviously far from biggest problem in the world but definitely far shy from Nandos standard i've enjoyed over the years.

The dining model is a little different from most restaurants, but it's worth the change to get this delicious chicken. Nando's wide spiciness scale has something for everyone. Highly recommended.
