My first time to try Nene Chicken. I have heard that it was good and true enough, it really was! I ordered the medium size original flavour. It was crunchy, tasty, juicy and not greasy at all. I loved it. Jung was friendly and efficient as well. Highly recommended!

I ordered it from Uber, which stated on sale buy 1 get 1 free for 1lb of wings. There were total of 10 pieces of wings. Which is exactly the same of ordering 10 pieces of wings ($22.99)

Saw the NeNe combo promotion on Instagram for 4-5ppl set.
1. Tried to search online for the promotion. The website is not updated, the promotion is nowhere to be found.
2. Tried to call the store to find out the promotion. No one picked up the phone.
3. Went to the store in person. Found out the store only offer the 2-3ppl NeNe promotion set.

Paid for extra showing cheese sauce but both the appearance and taste of the fried chicken made me feel like I had asked for less sauce instead (even though I was charged for extra sauce). I won't recommend extra sauce, and I strongly suggest customers checking it face to face.

We wanted to try out their green onion fried chicken specifically, so we placed an order and made an extra detour to pick up the food there. We later, when driving half way home on highway, found out they forgot to pack the green onion and sauce which defeated the purpose of ordering green onion fried chicken specifically from this place. To make the situation worse, we called back and informed the worker the mistake, she only offered to refund the green onion, which is $2, and seems to fail to understand we are now forced to eat plain fried chicken that I could just ordered from any other restaurants. No desire, nor extra compensation to make up for the mistake they made. We definitely will not return again.
