I ordered the lunch special boneless chicken with soy garlic sauce, which wasn’t too sweet and had a nice hint of garlic. I was able to substitute fries for rice for an additional cost, and the portion size was just right for lunch. Overall decent value for the cost.

Ordered bogo thru Ubereats, no coke is included in this price whereas other Korean chicken places has. My wife found the short hair in the box while eating, and my wife is pregnant so wonder if their hygiene rule is followed the policy. So disappointed

A proper competitor to KFC’s fried chicken. Flavourful, succulently fried chicken with a variety of options to choose from. The classic Nene Chicken really stands out against all the other ones.

Food tasted great. Would try more options next time. Parking is a nightmare here though.
The Fried chicken was very delicious, tho that garlic sauce is smt one of a kind… like it makes you think that you got a seasonal allergy or smt like it’s so strong and we practically chocked and coughed sm… the customer service at like 9pm was also great, they put two tables together for us, and the staff were very welcoming. Also the portion for the medium size 8pcs boneless chicken was enough to keep the two of us full 😃

I ordered bone-in chicken and instead received mostly boneless breast pieces. When I called to ask about it, the staff told me breast has a “soft bone” and counts as bone-in — which is simply not true. Very disappointing quality and even worse customer service. Won’t be ordering again.

The staff this day provide bad customer service , she served customer next to me with same order with food first. And offered me less than usual amount side dish as there was last batch in the container. Will black listed for this

Chicken was pretty good, prices were okay. We paid $7 for onion rings and got 8 rings in the bag. That's just so cheap and such a bad look for your business. I got a bad vibe from that cheapness and likely will not buy here again.

The chicken is very tender. Tried soy garlic, tastes amazing.
Very crispy on the outside and very soft on the inside.
1 medium plate is good for two. We ended up carrying fries and the burger home - wish we knew better.
Even the fries are so good.

Literally smells like poo in here because they won’t fix their washroom plumbing. It is SO bad we nearly puked walking in. We walked out immediately. Health Canada needs to shut them down because they’re handling raw chicken with extremely high concentrations of human excitement in the air. It is DIGUSTING how bad the stench is inside. I’m shocked they’re still cooking food in there.

In a completely empty restaurant with only one other table seated, we asked to sit somewhere else to which the waiter said no to. Absolutely awful service.
