The staff are unbelievably unpleasant. I ordered a box of chicken to go, but when I went to pick it up I asked for a bag, and the waitress with circular glasses rudely shut it down saying there's no bag that fits, even though I've received a bag when I've ordered in the past. I asked if I could see the bags they do have, and this employee once again did not even give me a chance and coldly told me off. Very disappointed, will not be coming back.

The chicken here is great but the staff here is even better - they are next to excellent. They are super friendly and made the whole experience better. The soy garlic flavour is the best and don't forget to try some soju makes the chicken way better.

I went to the NeNe Chicken downtown location and had such a great experience! The place was busy, but the service was incredibly fast and friendly — the staff handled everything so smoothly. The music was on point and really added to the vibe. Food was both affordable and delicious, definitely worth it for the price. If you’re looking for tasty fried chicken, good atmosphere, and great service without breaking the bank, this is the spot!

The food was cheap but surprisingly really good also great value for the price. Big shout out to Sara for making the experience even better with her amazing service! Definitely recommend this spot if you’re craving Korean fried chicken in Toronto.

My friend politely asked for two to-go bags, but the waitress literally threw them onto our table. I just don’t understand why we deserved that kind of unacceptable treatment, especially since we weren’t asking for anything unreasonable. The food was alright, the Tako Wasabi didn't taste as much wasabi, but it's a snack so it doesn't matter much.

I arrived a bit early, which was fine—I expected to wait. But when I asked where to wait, the server simply pointed and said, ‘Sit there,’ as if I were an inconvenience, with no ‘please’ or welcoming tone whatsoever. I tried to understand if they were busy, but there was only one table occupied, and the two servers were chatting among themselves. The dismissive attitude made me feel like I didn’t belong there. I’d recommend management train the staff in basic manners and customer service.
