Out of 5 pieces of drumsticks, 3 pieces came out uncooked, so when I asked, they just took the food and did not take any other action.. As I waited, they brought me a new one, but the service was a bit disappointing as there was no apology and no feedback on what to do.

I visited to pick up my order on Oct 26 at 5:30 PM, and I was very disappointed with the service. Right from the start, there was no greeting, just a cold attitude. I arrived a bit early, which was fine—I expected to wait. But when I asked where to wait, the server simply pointed and said, ‘Sit there,’ as if I were an inconvenience, with no ‘please’ or welcoming tone whatsoever. I tried to understand if they were busy, but there was only one table occupied, and the two servers were chatting among themselves. The dismissive attitude made me feel like I didn’t belong there. I’d recommend management train the staff in basic manners and customer service.

I had such a great experience at Nene Chicken today! The food was absolutely delicious – crispy, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. But what really made the visit memorable was the amazing service. Our server was incredibly nice and sweet, going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. They took the time to explain the menu, made great recommendations, and checked in on us with a warm smile throughout the meal. It’s rare to find such genuine hospitality these days, and it really made the experience stand out. I’ll definitely be back soon!

We ordered the 8 piece bone in snowing cheese chicken but where is the snowing cheese? They just sprinkled on to the most top piece and called it a day. Chickens at the bottom pretty much had zero cheese on it. I thought it was just regular fried chicken just by the looks of it. Very disappointed.

Terrible. Soggy chicken. Weird inedible fatty bits in the boneless chicken. No complimentary kimchi or pickled radishes that competitors offer. Slow service. Forgot half our order. Ok atmosphere and music, but otherwise nothing at all to recommend. Skip.

Korean fried chicken to the point. The crisp on the outer side was perfect and the chicken was tender and cooked perfectly. Ordered through Uber eats. Worth trying.
Felt like Korean fried chicken and was downtown, so the obvious choice was to come to NeNe's Chicken.
The cheese corn is my favourite. Every time I go to a new KFC place, I low-key judge then on the cheese corn.
The chicken is excellent. Wasn't able to get the original flavours I ordered online, but it's a happy accident. Both of the snowing flavours are good.
Curtly fries are good. Just wish they weren't as soggy, but the 7 minutes travel home definitely got them soggy.
Overall I would come again. 9/10.

Had this in Malaysia....But I have to say, the one here in Canada tastes wayyyy better somehow.... The one operating back in Malaysia was Korean themselves.
Any how... the set is quite worth it!! the Kimchi Pork Belly is to die for!!!! I took the Swicy chicken...a little too sweet than spicy.
But hey.... you gotta try this place... next group outing, this place. lulz... Oh the snow cheese is just cheese powder over chicken I saw someone order it....you maaaaayyyy wanna avoid that unless cheese is like SUPER your thing.
