Not really great for work/study sessions as the tables are quite tiny. However, there are tons of seats available inside and outside the coffee shop. It gets quite busy though so depending on the time of the day, you might have to wait. Drinks and pastries are always good.

The service here was fantastic — the staff were so kind and welcoming, which really made the experience special. The coffee was very good, and while the pastry wasn’t exactly to my taste, I’d happily come back to try something else. The warm atmosphere and genuine hospitality make it well worth a return visit!

The shop's cash machine was broken couldn't pay cash.

Place is really nice and food is very fresh and good. The matcha is prepared at the moment and is really good. Staff is very friendly. Would recommend.

The almond croissant feels like a regular croissant from Walmart, but they fill it with a bit of almond cream, bake it again, and sell it for a higher price👎🥐

Ordered takeout for an iced mocha and a cappuccino. The service was pretty quick all things considered, and the ambiance of the place was rather cozy. While I ordered take out this time, I could see myself revisiting NEO with a friend or two and just having a chat.

The coffee itself was fine, just make sure to the drink well yourself as it mostly comes as is. Pricing wise the drinks were a little on the higher end, so maybe not the best place to get a coffee every day, but every now again seems like a good pace. Decent coffee overall!

Ordered a capp, has a sour taste indicating spoiled cream or milk. Also their front rack for baked goods had fruit flies in it.

Good coffee— bad service.
Male staff taking my order was rude (eye rolling and all- didn’t look like he wanted to help or do anything , like he owned the place and the people ordering ) — made me feel like I was in his way just by ordering or asking him what he recommends. And he admitted the order he recommended, when I asked him more about it, would taste not great but didn’t seem to care further about whether I would order. The female staff was nice, but it didn’t seem like anyone in the staff did anything to remove him from the front specially since the first impression he made was already unfriendly.

Barista didn’t even care to mention it was 50% off the drink I wanted to order today and pushed me for another drink instead.

They screw up my order EVERY single time. Service is bad. The place is 30% full and I was told that I can’t use my laptop. Obviously not using “hi excuse me” or “I’m sorry”. Just straight away “you can’t use laptops on the weekends”
That was my last visit lol

Busy cafe during the afternoon, service was good.
Got an iced matcha oat latte and it was great! It had a good matcha flavour, and had a simple syrup that you can sweeten your drinks to your liking with.
