Have amazing Mocha Latte, Cafe Latte, Pumpkin Spice Latte
Matcha Latte is a hit and miss, Depends who is making it
Mocha cream cookie is nice
Prices are not bad not great $6.95+Tax+Top for a large (Flavoured) latte is bad
Maple Kineko is good but apparently has no coffee in it so became a sugary drink without any alerting effects
No laptop after 5pm is a random rule should be atleast 6:30
People have to abruptly shift or end their meeting because of this.

We ordered Iced Americano and Iced Mocha today (November 10, 2024), I don’t know why I was served Hot Americano. When I said that I ordered Iced, the guy at the bar literally changed the cup and added ice in hot americano. Wow!
When I said I don’t think it should be like this way, like just adding ice in hot drink. He started making faces and threw the drink very aggressively.
I said him thanks and he was so rude and didn’t even bother to reply me and started talking to co worker about us and started laughing. This was my first time coming to NEO but really disappointed with this.
