Love this place. Recommended
Ninki is located inside the PATH and serves Japanese food. We dined during lunch time on a Monday. It was not busy at all and service here is super slow. The food quality and taste was sub par. No natural lighting inside this restaurant as it's underground. We shared a bunch of appetizers: edamame, gyozas, shrimp and vegetable tempura, karaage, spicy calamari and miso soup. For my main, I ordered the Matsu Combo Sushi Assortment. A bit disappointed but I didn't have high expectations to begin with if I am being honest. Sushi did not taste fresh and everything was a bit overpriced. We ordered many dishes to try out but we didn't really like anything.
Perfect spot for a quick lunch meeting
Food was overpriced but the most mid food. Descriptions don't exactly match either. It was food court level but prices are of higher end sushi places..
They just happened to be in a good location for work. Loud environment too, service was alright.
Terrible sushi
Wide variety of fresh options and great staff! Everything was delivered promptly. Would come back and try more!
The place is loud and disorganized. I was there for an impromptu business lunch. Rational for even entering the place, it was close and no line up. What a mistake! We were seated and ignored for 10 minutes plus. Once the order was finally the taken the food arrived quickly (the only reason for 2 stars and not 1). The food was not good. My lunch guest had Salmon Teriyaki and they choked it down due to hunger. It came with rice and some unknown unappetizing sautéed veggies. I had the Matsu combo Sushi. It was terrible. It was comparable to mall sushi or grocery store sushi. This place should be shut down. I gave a tip out of pity. One of the worst sushi experiences of my life and I am old.

My favorite spot for sushi at lunch. Reasonable prices and quick service during the work day.

Got a few things from the takeout stand - everything looked great and I was excited to try it. Sushi tasted distinctly like refrigerator and the sponge toffee tasted burnt. Dumplings were good.
I'm really disappointed in Ninki. The pictures of food looked great while passing on the Path, but in the end all I remember is service was terrible. Our server didn't bring us water as we asked, then we didn't see them for the rest of the meal until they brought the bill. We had to flag down another server to place our order. The ramen was ok, but honestly I forget as my experience has been totally overshadowed by the bad service - to make things worse I noticed afterwords I was charged for two drinks when I only had one. Ninki stole both my money and time. Do not recommend.
