Delightful interesting pastries. From the caramelized onion & zaatar danish to the kouign amann and mini bombe - i loved carb loading here! Delicious flat whites and vegan milk options! The space is very small & doesn’t have a washroom, but it’s a lovely space for a quick coffee chat

Noctua has become a staple for me since moving into the Junction neighbourhood 6+ months ago. I can’t think of one bad pastry I’ve had from them and I’ve probably tried them all at this point. Warm service, amazing baked goods, so happy to live within walking distance of this great bakery!
My grandfather bought the sourdough bread from Noctua and he said it was the best sourdough bread he ever had. The drinks here are amazing too. The servers were very polite and respectful.

Best bakery in town!!
Croissants are easily the best in the city, the bread is special and so many unique options to choose from. the Panettone (seasonal) is truly one of a kind. House gelato is mind blowing, And they have a nice selection of grocery items.
Always get great service from Emma and other friendly staff!

A lovely local gem! I’ve been coming here for a couple of years now and the team is always welcoming and genuine. I think they’ve created a really special community feeling. I love that I can just pop in for a hello, get a wave from across the street of grab a freshly baked croissant. My favourite is their sourdough breads but don’t sleep on the Basque cheesecake.

Had a very rude and short experience with the person working the front when I went in. I had a few questions about what was being offered as it was my first time in seeing as they don't list ingredients. When I asked a question about a seasonal item with no description about what was inside this stuffed pastry, they seemed pissed and exhausted that I dare ask a question about something I want to buy before I buy it. Maybe write it on the sign so you don't have to be asked the question? The whole interaction and the feeling in the store made it feel like a customer was a burden every time someone walked in.
To be honest, I was interested in buying a few items but the service left such a foul taste in my mouth I decided to get things elsewhere.
The one item I did get, I did feel that it was a bit stale which is surprising given the ratings on Google.

Rude staff - the vibe feels like they had a fight before you walk in. No greetings and they act like it's a chore to answer one simple question. Their behavior stands out here in the Junction, as this generally a friendly neighbourhood so when customer service is cold it feels off. Their food looks good, but everything I bought here was stale. They also got my order wrong, and they were so unpleasant that I didn't want to go back. This is my first time writing a review on Google, and I don't want to be *that* person but this place isn't as good as what the reviews make it out to be. Maybe today they were trying to get rid of old stuff and like, someone got some bad news? Hungover? I don't know.

Very nice spot to stop in for the morning coffee and a delicious pastry. Friendly staff and a large selection to choose from. Tables in front so you can watch the dogs and their people stroll by or strike up a conversation with a local cyclist.

Ordered a scoop of Pistachio Gelato and a Chocolate Hazelnut Gelato. Both flavors were delicious and authentic. My friend liked the chocolate hazelnut flavor. The pistachio flavor was my favorite. It tasted authentic and the quantity was reasonable for the price. Service was quick. Store was clean and nicely lit. Pastries and bread looked good. I would definitely recommend checking out this place if you're in the neighborhood.

Nice place but expensive. Was charged $10 for an affogato gelato (single scoop with a shot of espresso). It was good but not $10 worth of good. Also, they don’t have bathrooms for customers. Still not sure how a cafe gets away with this.
