Great food and service. Try the duck pappardelle and the meatballs were very juicy and served with some very tasty grilled bread. All of the service staff very pleasant - our waiter (older bald guy with glasses) was helpful and professional and gave us a nice candle for our daughter's birthday. We can't wait to return.

I feel the cost has gone up considerably and really is not affordable. They used to bring some bread before the meal but no longer. Very expensive now.

What a delightful Italian bistro! The ambiance in this intimate room is warm and inspired, as we celebrated a birthday our party had a lovely evening from start to finish. Delicious wine selection, guided by competent service staff who tailored an impeccable evening for us! Many thanks to Vito and his team; all courses were divine, but especially les gnocchis — version “Nouveau Monde”, et arancini!

Food was amazing. Like literally in the top 10 of meals in my life. Service was great until a 3rd (and 4th and 5th, etc) table showed up then we were left for 20 minutes at a time without contact. We needed a take out box - that took a while. We were going to have coffee and dessert but sitting there for 20 minutes waiting for someone to come just scared us into how long we would actually be there if we did get coffee and dessert. It was a 10/10 up until the place started to get busy. Perhaps more than one waitress would help. I know my rating would have been higher had the service been on point.

This is our second time at the original Nodo restaurant, and we couldn’t be happier. We travelled all the way from Newmarket to get there! It’s that good. The waitstaff is also smiling and professional.

We ordered Regina pizza, which was overall very soggy in the middle (too too much sauce)
The pasta was not hot it was warm, and quickly got cold.

We had 2 apps 1 main & 3 drinks & the tip first suggestion on the machine was the same price as the main! Don’t get me wrong when you have a good & great service 100% we would understand the high suggestion as a first option! We got there at 7:50 and seated at 8, our server was missing for most of the service, leaving us to think that either they were short staffed or they already were in the back starting there closing duties! If you the business owner is very confident on the high end tip option (18/20/22%) to start as a suggestion then please have a better service to justify it by having more staff or training the staff to do there closing duties after closing so the dinner room doesn’t feel neglected! The business pays there staff $17.60 per hour and expects them to serve 5 to 6 tables but also expect their customers to tip $25 (their first suggestion) when our server barely spent 5min with us! This isn’t about tips happy to tip Our servers from someone who worked in the service industry but it’s super cheeky when the service is subpar but the first tip option is 18%! The food was good but for the service alone and if I am to tip that high I probably would choose other great options in the neighborhood were the food and service is equally as good to justify it!
