Went with my wife for valentines day dinner. They had a set menu for valentines day. Before we ordered, we were told that they were out of beef tartare already. The set menu was underwhelming and the food was very average for the price that was charged. The service was also super slow. We received our starters at 8:45 and then received our main course sometime around 9:30. Overall it was an average experience and I expected better considering the reviews.

Excruciatingly long waits on everything from drinks to food. Even when the restaurant cleared out later in the evening it took over 20 minutes for a dessert to arrive While the food is above average, there is clearly something wrong with the service operations

It wasn't busy yet our servers weren't attentive at all. It was a shame as we had a great experience before. The food was okay but the lack of attention was disappointing. We had to call them over to take our order as well as drinks and then again in order to pay. Both times sat looking around for their attention but they were busy chatting.

I took my wife for her birthday. The tables are literally a foot a part and the people beside you can hear everything you are saying and we could hear their conversations. Pretty annoying. Your face is a foot away from the waitress buttocks when they bring food etc bc there is no room for them either. It was pretty noisy inside which didn't help being so close to the tables next to us. The pasta was pretty good. The pizza was just ok. We are Italian so maybe our standards are higher than most. The restaurant is pretty pricey for what you get. There is more value at other places. I don't think will be back.

Not sure why when we make a reservation it asks if it’s a special occasion? It was our 35th. Went to use the washroom and found the upstairs to be cozier atmosphere, that would have been nice, food might have stayed warmer also. Might go back to try the Calzone with a beer.

We took my mum out for dinner to celebrate her birthday. Our server was amazing, she helped guide us in selecting dishes and was attentive, warm and friendly. The food was fantastic - we had focaccia, olives, lamb and carrots as starters. We followed that with a pizza, a pasta and brussel sprouts. Everything was delicious. Our server brought my mum a scoop of gelato to wish her a happy birthday. It was a very nice touch.

First time visit to NODO and we loved it! Cocktails were fantastic and the menu was not your typical Italian. We shared the Chef's Creation pizza with prosciutto and shaved cantaloupe, the duck ragu and the lemon ravioli. Can't wait to go back!

We had a truly great time. The service was friendly and knowledgeable. We all enjoyed our food. Portions are substantial so I would recommend sharing a couple of apps and a main. Wine selections was fair. Cocktails were balanced. Overall a really lovely evening.
We had an amazing experience. 3 ladies out for the night !! Our server was insightful, warm, and genuinely fun to interact with—her great smile and friendly energy really added to the evening. The food was absolutely delicious, and the wine paired perfectly with our meals. We're so happy we chose this spot and will definitely be returning!

Nodo is the perfect, romantic date night spot, even with a kid. The dimly lit atmosphere sets a lovely mood, and the service was very baby-friendly: they immediately provided us with a high chair, offered to cut our son's pizza, and even brought him complimentary gelato. We felt so welcome. 🥹
Best of all, our pasta dishes were awesome, and prices were very fair. We will without a doubt be back!

Not what we've come to expect from nodo. First time at Leslieville but have dined in the junction often. Mushroom ragu and deserts fell short. Black cod was nice. Upstairs is a bit disconnected.
