Great food and service. Glad we decided to try out Nola on Valentines Day. Very good prices and portions also.
Brunch was very underwhelming. The home fry potatoes were quite dry that came with the meals, and the eggs seemed under cooked. Flavours were quite bland. Restaurant was not accommodating to dietary preferences (ex: over hard eggs were requested and the waitress ignored this request multiple times and verbally corrected us multiple times saying “no over medium”.). There was no diaper changing area. Although they very kindly did have a high chair to accommodate the baby.
Great to discover this nice little gem on Queen East. Very pleasant serving staff and excellent tasty food. Perfect spot for our Christmas Eve dinner!
We were two people for a Birthday dinner, and everything was wonderful. Will definitely go back again.
Solid, one thing that feels petty to complain about but always tells me just how good the restaurant/chef is: I asked for the steak to be cooked however the chef thinks is best. I don't subscribe to the mentality that every cut of beef is at its best cooked to the same doneness. The waitress was confused and forced me to give her a preference so I said ‘medium rare' and it came medium well. Still delicious and she was lovely...but don't make me tell you how I want it and then don't do it.
I can't say enough about how good this restaurant is. I was in the area with a friend and we thought we try it and absolutely loved it. We both decided to have the Salmon which was outstanding with a flair of middle eastern flavor. Got to chat a bit with the owners and they were soooo nice. I give it a 5 star for sure.
Enjoyed my time here, super relaxing

My wife, Lynn, and I were in this neighborhood and decided to stop into Nola for a late lunch and we are so glad we did. The food was delicious and perfectly prepared and presented. I enjoyed the Classic Beef Tartar and Lynn decided on the Mussels Mariniere. Both dishes were excellent. We also had the pleasure of an interesting conversation with Arun, one of the owners. If you are in the area I highly recommend you try Nola Eatery & Bar.
One of the best place for food and drinks my boyfriend had filet mignon and I had sirloin steak both were amazing and delicious what a great atmosphere.

We were going to Crows theatre in the east end and reserved at Nola's after reading positive reviews. The resto is on a corner with large windows looking onto Queen street. The server Karyn was pleasant and attentive. All the food we ordered, calamari, goat cheese salad, salmon and steak was prepared as ordered and delicious. The kicker and one of my pet peeves with resto's in general is getting good food for value. Hands down, Nola's is a bargain. The resto has about 12 tables so I would recommend reservations. I will be going back with friends in the next month and will definitely visit over the Christmas holiday's with our kids.
A must try!
