Located near Jane Station, Noodle Me is a small restaurant that specializes in authentic hand-pulled noodles, with good quality and tenderness. The restaurant provides a good value for the meals they offer. Absolutely great addition in the west end area!
The menu is straightforward, featuring options such as Soup Noodles, Sauced Cold Noodles, Stir-Fried Noodles, Traditional Chinese Snacks, BBQ, Pastries, and Beverages. During our visit, we ordered the Wonton Noodle Soup, Seafood Noodle Soup, and Scallion Flats (Scallion Flatbread/Pancake). The Wonton Noodle Soup was very with their portion of eight wontons. The Seafood Noodle Soup was packed with lots of seafood ingredients. Both soups were served in a clear broth that was flavourful and enjoyable. The noodles, available only in hand-pulled format, added to the authenticity of the experience as the chef makes the noodles from scratch aka freshly hand-pulled. The Scallion Flats was very good with the flatness and minimal doughy taste.
For those not used to the hand-pulled aspect of the dining experience, the live noodle-making process is done on demand per order. During our visit, the chef was warm and welcoming, eager to share insights about the noodle-making process and even allowing customers to record the preparation.
It is worth noting that Noodle Me applies a 2% surcharge for credit card transactions, which is fairly reasonable. Cash and debit card options are also available for those who prefer them without the surcharge. Lastly, The restaurant accommodates a modest number of diners, with four tables seating four, four single window seats, and one table for two.

7.5/10 Soup was good, hit the spot. Had the BBQ Chicken soup.
Pork buns were cold, almost frozen in the middle. Chicken dumplings were mediocre, they weren’t served with sauce which would have helped.
House Chow Mein was good.
Very good portion sizes.

Well, off the bat, the hand made noodles are great, great texture and consistency. The soup is very tasty but well balanced with flavors. The staffs are really friendly as well. Also, the atmosphere is cozy. Two thumbs up 👍
We (2 adults + 2 kids) walked in around 5:30pm yday - we were short of time - so, asked the waiter for quick items - she suggested noodle soup - we ordered 2 veggie noodle soups and spring rolls. Spring rolls came first and were hot & crunchy & nice. Noodle soup came a lil later and was also hot and yummy for a cool evening. The noodle soup bowl was huge and they offer free refills (I read it on their board later after we ordered 2 bowls).
