Nico and Pete were amazing!! They helped me navigate the menu, recommended new cocktails, and made us feel right at home. They were so kind!! The lighting in this bar is amazing and I ended the night with the best dry vodka martini ever!!! An absolute gem of a bar!!!!!!

Nice spot, great atmosphere.Not a cash friendly place id say. Not reasonable to refuse 50 dollar bills given what the cost is for 2 people. 100 dollar bills - totally understand.

I really enjoyed my experience here! A very cool, moody vibe perfect for first dates or catching up with a small group of friends. The service was ok but the cocktails were amazing! Just beware, don't go there hungry, this is very drink focused.

It’s a nice small spot to meet a friend for a cocktail or two. Very limited ‘snack’ menu- you go here for the cocktails. It’s a good place to start your night. The service is a bit slow but that comes with the cocktails. The menu offered on their website is slightly different then what they actually have available (just to avoid being disappointed like me!). Worth a try overall.

Rated it 2 stars, got to say my whole experience was not entirely good until we got our cocktails. We initially came in, and got seated at a table which the table was like a teeter totter. I twas moving back and forth from the legs not being proper. Water was spilling everywhere so we asked to move. Once we did we placed a order and it literally took a solid 35 min for just two drinks to come and in that time not once did we get checked up on. We wanted to order a cheese plate in the meantime because we got hungry but no response. After 35 min, the bar became 50% less busy, and i looked over to see my waitress is at the bar is having a drink her self before we even got ours. Once we did get them though, got to say they were absolutely amazing, really unique blend of flavors. Wish the service would have been better. Also if you don't like spiders be aware because the light beside our table had like 30 spider webs on it. lol

The bar tender was awesome and made us custom drinks that weren't on the menu. We went on a Sunday night with a group of 5. Not busy, nice music and wasn't too loud. Great for catching up with friends over drinks.

This place had a sophisticated atmosphere and it was pretty busy which is always a good sign. They had unique cocktails I haven't seen anywhere and they tasted great!
Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Phenomenal cocktails. Didn't try the beer or wine, but I imagine that they are also above average. Lovely atmosphere at night as well; made for the perfect spot for some after dinner beverages. 10/10, will return!

I haven't been to such a nice cocktail bar jn forever. This was pure cocktail bar..almost no food on menu and completely focused on cocktails.From outside you will never realise how good it is inside. Will definately be coming back.

Awesome aesthetic - from the visuals to the scents. At peak hours Northwood still smells of a meditation retreat as opposed to an ethanol joint slinging cocktails to appease the unwashed corporate masses - it's not just another nameless corpo dive. Northwood gives real attention and appreciation to its drinks line-up, matching the tone of the drinks to the aesthetic of the bar. And while universally "good" some of the execution and reliability of the quality of the product prevents me from rating Northwood 5/5.But I'm just a corpo rat, what do I know.
