I purchased two drinks from this location and have been here many times. When I asked for my drink to have no ice I was told it world be half the size, probably equivalent to a extra small. I was told that it would be $2 extra to top up the cup im already paying for, In addition the manager was rude about it. I drove an hour to buy this drink that cost me $12 for one.
I was also surprised that there was a big dog in this store considering its a food/health store this is very unhygienic.

Great acai bowl with a perfect ratio of toppings to smoothie, one of the best in the area actually. I really enjoyed it! The only thing I wish for is a different type of bowl instead of a cup, just for easier eating. Overall, still a tasty and satisfying treat! I kinda felt it was a bit pricy, wish it was like a $1 cheaper lol.

i have only tried orange+ and vanilla. The vanilla was good a little bit sweet and creamy feels very healthy and filling as well but the orange+ was not up to my expectation the ginger taste was dominant cannot taste mango or orange. It was just overall a sour ginger taste drink and it is $13.5 dollars?? Anyone can you please recommend me a good tasty drink from their menu because i cant waste 12-18$ for a healthy drink but doesn’t taste very delicious

I wanted to comment on the Irish Sea Moss being sold at Nutbar. This is a natural food supplement I’ve been taking for the last eight years, and recently, I decided to give theirs a try. After my third purchase of the sea moss, I won’t be buying it anymore. I will be making my own and looking elsewhere for a better product. The quality and quantity of the actual sea moss have diminished significantly from the first time I purchased it to my most recent purchase. The product is extremely watered down, which is shocking given the cost of this tiny jar. The sea moss should have some thickness or density to it. It should not run or drip; instead, it should have a jelly-like consistency, where you can turn the jar upside down without any of the moss spilling. Unfortunately, you are paying for a heavily watered-down product.
Other than that, the food and smoothies are great.

This is a small cup and height of holder is long so it can’t hold coffee rest down tray is small piece and tear half which was not able holding a cup are you serious with packing ??

The smoothie was delicious, very pricy though. They also don’t accept cash which is kind of ridiculous for any type of business.

I ordered the chickpea chop salad and the poppyseed bar. The chickpea chop salad had a beautiful presentation but I did not like the overall flavor. I found the celery and the mint overwhelmed the salad. The green goddess salad dressing also had mint in it and I felt like it may have been too much. I really liked the poppyseed lemon bar. Great texture and flavor. I would like to try this place again one day as there appears to be a lot of interesting menu items. I probably won't buy the salad again, though.

Nutbar is 100% by guilty pleasure! Yes, it can be pricy, but deam it’s worth it. For sure the best matcha I’ve EVER had, and I truly believe it’s because of their own house made nut milk. I always go for their Super Matcha, delicious both hot or cold. And when I feel like it I treat myself with one of their small super bites where I can recommend them all.

This review is so overdue but my bf’s family introduced me to this cafe when I visited Toronto. Im a huge matcha fan and had one of the most incredible matchas here. I loved seeing their different nut butters and picked up one as well as a chillpill powder. What really stood out was the passion and incredible customer service of this business. By the time I arrived home I could tell the nut butter had gone rancid (I feel this is due to fresh ingredients and few preservatives) and I let the company know. Even though it was a long time after, the owner very kindly shipped me a new nut butter. This is incredible integrity to stand behind your product and I feel very loyal to this store as a result. Thank you! This is clearly a small business that cares and creates wonderful products.
