I love nutbar but this location needs to move like off the beaten path or something bc the staff is always stressed / bummed and the vibes of the foot traffic is often crazy- so I understand why the staff give off a strange vibe

Thoroughly enjoy the açai bowl .. their nit butter does taste immensely unique. The butter lasted to the very end , which kind of was the most amazing aspect for me .. give it a go

It’s a smoothie bar with high-end pricing, but the service doesn’t deserve it’s prices. One of the staffs was rude and mean - very cold, never smiled even when we made eye contact, and probably deliberately ignored me when I was around. If you charge such a high-end price, your customers would expect excellent service, and smiling politely is the most basic thing. You shouldn’t expect your customers to say hi to you, YOU are supposed to be the one saying hi to your customers instead.

Nutbar has a nice concept and a good vibe, but the food isn’t anything special. I ordered an avocado toast which was soaked in oil — really unpleasant. The matcha quality isn’t the best either, and prices are high for the portions they serve. Overall, it’s okay for a casual stop, but don’t expect anything extraordinary.

Was really excited to try nutbar because I heard so many good things. I got the vanilla smoothie, and there were hard clear chunks in it. I managed to pull one out and it was glass. I went back in and they asked if I wanted a new one or a refund, because they said yes part of the blender was broken. My poor review is because they really didn’t seem too concerned and broken glass is very concerning and dangerous to drink. I totally get accidents happen but this kind of thing is unacceptable as a consumer, especially when paying such high prices. Please check your equipment more often.
