Very disappointing experience. Their site to order on does not work. I waited 15 minutes to be served by the server, and overall decided to order at the front. My sandwich was stale and you can tell extremely low quality ingredients are used (Bacon bits and shredded cheese, lettuce was browned). I suggest getting snacks from elsewhere

I stop here every 2 weeks on my way to and from work. Always kind friendly service, they’re quick, and get you what you need. Gail was my working today and I feel like she was going above and beyond in her customer service, made my quick layover a great experience. I’ve seen her here most times I’ve been here always engaging with customers and making sure both costumers and employees get the assistance they need. Would recommend to anyone travelling through Billy bishop airport. I look forward to coming back again
