Pricey even by airport standards but an otherwise pleasant and attentive server under filled a drink and when asked politely to top it up refused. Wonder what they’d say if they poured a proper glass and the customer offered to pay 90% of the price.

Great custom service. Waitress did a great job, she hustled like Labrador retriever on opening day of pheasant hunting season. Just tugging at the chain. Great work miss.

I ordered a glass of wine through the app. I was charged twice for the glass, and there is nowhere to call to rectify the situation. Very unfortunate, I would have expected better.

I ordered via my phone and nothing arrived. Just asked for my money back. The representative just rolled his eyes. The manager sits at his computer. One sever for the whole place. Understaffed and not so good. Bring your own food to

If you order a panini, don't expect to get one panini but rather two slices of toasted toast. The service is more or less correct but I would have liked someone to explain to me the principle of tipping when placing an order via the QR code, 20% imposed
$34.56 for an unfortunate toast accompanied by a few salad leaves and a 500 ml bottle of water. (See photo).
The big scam.

It’s over 20$ for a very sub par sandwich. You can have friendly staff but once again it’s over 20$ for a very lousy sandwich… airport gouging taken to another level

This place is hilariously terrible for their lack of service. If I can give a negative value for service, I sure would!

Servers are extremely rude, found them racist and the picture attached speaks volumes about the cleanliness of this place, there are soup marks all over the disposable bowl, they don’t serve with proper cutlery and now only bring it in paper / plastic bowls..

The menu looked good, though pricey, and I took a seat after selecting the turkey panini and tomato soup. The server came to the table and tapped a QR code to indicate how to order. Both items I wanted were out of stock. I went to leave and the server said the app wasn't right and they had both items and to just order, however I was only able to add in stock items to the cart. I added water to start an order but the app also wouldn't recognize my credit card. I wasn't comfortable providing a phone number and postal code but it was required. Ordering also automatically opts you into a 20% tip after 30 minutes - and by the woman I overheard complaining it was 20 minutes since she ordered with no food, that tips seems mandatory without even the server taking the initial order. After leaving the table, I went to the counter and said I wanted to pay on debit for a soup only. $9 with tax for a small soup.

The food came cold, so we sent it back. Then it came back barely warm. Poor value for money.

Server was friendly and professional, so likely poor management behind the food quality.

A decent restaurant in the airport that is an easy and convenient place to grab a meal before the flight. There is a good selection of food at a fairly reasonable price.

The staff is so friendly and kind. We sat in the bar so that bartender kept asking if everything is good or if we needed anything.
The sandwiches were delicious ?

I ordered the margherita flatbread for $24 with tax and tip. This is what I received….when I asked where the basil was, the server came back out with a plastic soup lid with basil.

I waited 40 minutes for this.

I’m a frequent flyer through YTZ and today I decided to sit down and have lunch at Obispo for a change. The new sandwiches on the menu are good - but I was more impressed with the service that Gail provided today. She was super thoughtful, patient, and kind enough to even share the status of my flight. Thank you Gail for your impeccable service!
