I’m a frequent flyer through YTZ and today I decided to sit down and have lunch at Obispo for a change. The new sandwiches on the menu are good - but I was more impressed with the service that Gail provided today. She was super thoughtful, patient, and kind enough to even share the status of my flight. Thank you Gail for your impeccable service!
A big thank you to Gail for making my already difficult travel day so much better!!! All I wanted was a refreshing libation before my flight, bar menu QR CODES were not scanning- new trainee could not help. Gail to the rescue - fabulous Marguerita and all is well with the world again. Never underestimate the power of a woman who knows how to mix a mean drink and engage with her customers. Go Gail!!!
Gail was my server and she was phenomenal. She is very accommodating and personable. I remember her from a previous visit over 6 months ago which shows that she stands out as exceptional. I had a technical problem with my check (which was my fault) and she handled it speedily and efficiently.(I was short on time) She is a great asset to your team.
