We went out with friends to enjoy a nice evening, but unfortunately the service left us disappointed. Our server made several comments that felt unprofessional, including personal questions and calling me my love, then suggesting I didn’t look trustworthy simply because I didn’t want to engage in his conversations. It created an uncomfortable atmosphere. After we paid the bill with taxes and tip included, he returned insisting the total was incorrect and that we owed more. With no clear explanation provided, we had to review the charges ourselves. We eventually realized the issue was that the half price shot promotion hadn’t been applied. Instead of clarifying or apologizing, he became defensive and abruptly said he would cover the rest without explaining what that meant or taking accountability. What began as a great night ended on an unpleasant and confusing note. It was disappointing to experience such a lack of professionalism and customer care. Unfortunately, we wouldn’t return.

This is my favourite place in the village. From the fun cocktails, to amazing food and amazing drag shows this place really has something for everyone. If you haven’t checked it out yet, you’re missing out. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend a visit. It will probably become your favourite hang out spot too.

Went by ogradys today.. I had the Cobb salad with salmon.. all the ingredients were fresh, very friendly servers and staff.. very welcoming I will be coming back for a drag show on the weekend

I went for a draft and the Fish and Chips based on the reviews. My experience was much different. I was served 14oz draft that cost $11. The fish was a piece of very crispy batter with a filet too thin to be flaky of which I was charged $24.
I will not be returning to this place of business
