Oji Seichi Reviews
They are continuing to enforce the vaccine mandate claiming it is for the safety and protection of people. This is a false claim since even being fully vaccinated one can get covid and transmit it. This restaurant is discriminating against people who are not vaccinated. This has nothing to do with public health. Shame on any business that discriminates.

Oji Seichi is a highly recommended Japanese restaurant known for its authentic ramen and gyoza dishes. The vegetarian broth ramen is especially praised for its outstanding taste and delicious broth, filled with plenty of shiitake mushrooms. Customers have also enjoyed the shoyu classic, noting that the pork is very tender and the broth is smoky and hearty. While the restaurant is slightly pricier and portions may be small, the quality of the food makes it worth the visit. Many consider it one of the best ramen spots in Toronto, with the broth being flavourful and the noodles perfectly "uncooked," retaining a bit of raw inside. The chashu is a highlight, lightly flamed for added flavor, although some have mentioned that its heat can affect the broth's taste. Service is super great and attentive, with staff providing an extensive breakdown of the menu; many have found the waitress charming and friendly. The chicken katsu sandwich and pork gyoza have also received high praise. Parking can be a challenge due to its location in Chinatown, but for those who can get a seat by the window, it offers a great spot for people watching.
