My only regret was not visiting earlier. The shoyu classic was incredibly good; the pork was very tender and the broth was smoky and hearty. Our waitress was very charming and friendly. Bit cramped with lunch crowd but was more focused on the good food. Highly recommend!

The atmosphere was great and the service was fantastic. The shoyu ramen's broth was a bit bitter due to the chashu's heat/flavor seeping into the broth. I think they ran out of the usual broth so I am willing to go back and try their ramen again with the original stock in stock

Tried the Shio Ramen and loved it. The meat and egg was cooked perfectly. Can’t wait to try the other ones on the menu.
2nd visit. Loved the pork Gyoza 🥟 very tasty. Tried the spicy sesame ramen and it was ok. I guess I didn’t expect the broth to be so rich and salty.

I had the shoyu ramen with an extra egg and a side of pork gyoza dumplings, and let me tell you, this was hands down the BEST shoyu ramen I have had in Toronto.
From the smoky broth to the melt in your mouth chashu pork, the tartness of the dipping sauce for the gyoza, Oji is incredible! It is worth the drive/walk to get here because there is something for everyone.

Spicy Sesame Ramen is creamy, rich and flavourful broth with a yuzu citrusy taste. They were out of the yuzu chili sausage and substituted for the pork belly, which was tender and melts in your mouth. The noodles were perfectly cooked and same goes with the soft boiled egg. Not too spicy, not overly filling in portion size. I was being adventurous and wanted to try something new as I am usually not a creamy broth type of person, so to me, it was a nice try, even better for someone who loves a creamy broth. I will return to try their shoyu!
Table for one on a cold autumn night, was guided to sit at the bar stools by the window. Seats are not comfortable but considering the restaurant was full with very limited seating options. Saturday night is busy so I understood the waiter’s multitasking and taking some time to take orders and payment. Food took about 25 mins to be served. Overall an okay service experience and atmosphere.

Oji Sechi offers exceptional ramen, prepared fresh with high-quality ingredients. Their sandos are also highly recommended, as they evoke the authentic experience of Japanese konbini sandos. I strongly endorse Oji Sechi for anyone visiting Toronto.

I came specifically to try their Katsu Chicken Sandy, because I'd heard very good things about it. I was NOT disappointed!
The katsu itself was HUGE and it was so moist! It's probably one of the juiciest chicken sandwiches I've had in a long time. The bun was soft and the sauce tied the whole meal together so well.
The staff was really friendly and so attentive. I was about to order the sandwich and an appetizer, but since I was alone, she suggested that I wait till I eat the sandwich to see if I'd have an appetite for the gyoza and she was right!!! The sandwich was such a generous portion that getting any appetizera would have ruined my appetite for the main!
The vibe at the restaurant was so chill and friendly; I would've stayed for much longer if I didn't have plans after! Amazing playlist too, completely enjoyed it.
I would highly recommend Oji Sechi for a fun, heartwarming meal and I know that I'm definitely returning to try the rest of their menu!!

Ordered the curry beef spring roll and spicy sesame ramen, both are amazing! Love the spicy sesame flavour which is not too spicy.

Great ramen spot in the east end. The chicken katsu sandwich was juicy and crispy but light. Ramen was solid.
