A bit expensive, and portions are small, but would highly recommend. One of the best ramen in Toronto. Broth is flavourful, noodle is perfectly “uncooked”, with a bit of raw inside, which is what a ramen noodle should be. Chashu is the highlight. It’s lightly flamed, which makes it much more flavourful than the ones just soaked in broth.
Most authentic Ramen in Toronto!
Super great and attentive service! Our server provided an extensive breakdown of the menu and answered our questions. The chicken katsu sandwich is to die for, will definitely be returning soon.
Quick spot for a ramen, if you can get a seat by the window, it’s great for people watching.
I got the Gyoza and Spicy Sesame Ramen which wasn’t very spicy but it was thick ramen. Definitely more dense and rich but very satisfying.
Amazing ramen, with a unique taste that you won’t find with other ramen places in the city
First time visit (before concert at Hugh’s Room). Top notch ramen, absolutely delicious. Excellent service and laid back atmosphere. Sorry, forgot to take photos of the great food.
Absolutely amazing! The servers were very diligent and the service fast. The food itself is absolutely amazing especially spicy sesame ramen, after a long walk in the park we licked out the plates 😋. For 2 people (2 ramens and a shareable) it was $59, which is super. Thank you.
Eat this soup!

Okay, hear me out. Their ramen might not be the most "authentic" ones, but they are the one that did not make me feel "groggy" after eating. I had a lot of ramen in Toronto from famous to smaller business, but this is the one for me. I could jump, run (not advised), or be a menace instead of wanting to take a post-ramen fat nap like other places LMAO.
So, to me, I'm happy Oji Seichi existed and will continue to support them whenever I'm craving for some ramen.

Food is great service is below par. Go denied service 20 min prior closing. I find this unacceptable

Does not taste authentic at all (which is expected since head chef and owners are not Japanese LOL). Spicy miso tastes like a bowl of spicy noodles you can get in Chinatown for a fraction of the price. Shio was ok. Everything was salty. Protein was decent.

I have had the pleasure of trying the Spicy Sesame ramen and the pork gyoza, both of which are exquisite and highly recommended. We also had the opportunity to try a special edition ramen called Krishnan, and we were very impressed by its exceptional taste. Both times we have visited the place, we have been served excellently and we have left very satisfied with the delicious food.
On one occasion, I ordered delivery via Uber, but I don't recommend it much since they send very little broth. However, going to eat directly at the place is quite an experience, I definitely give it a 10 out of 10 rating.

Their spicy sesame ramen is quite possibly the best thing since sliced bread.
