Stopped into this gorgeous moody bar in the evening and had a great time. Had a paper plane and a margarita and the drinks were fantastic! Bartenders were great, chatty and fast with our cocktails. The owner was great, chatting with almost every person who came in and made us the best pickled onion and cheese bites. The bar is wonderfully decorated and perfectly set up, perfect for a few friends to have a couple drinks. Will definitely be making sure to stop in next time we are in the city!

I’ve been hearing a lot buzz about this place and decided to try it. Was wonderfully delighted by the place. Stunning decor with lighting atmosphere that makes the place incredibly intimate. The drinks were tasty! Snack food so delicious and inexpensive. Staff was super cool and friendly it added to the atmosphere. Had lots of fun and would recommend it to anyone looking for something new.

Old Town Bodega is such an awesome neighbourhood cocktail spot. Looking for a vibey intimate spot for a date night, or a catch-up with a few friends, this is the place. Matt, Keylan, and their whole team are super friendly and welcoming. An hour here and you'll feel like a regular. Cocktails are top notch. Unpretentious, but really well made. This bar brings so much character and community to the Corktown area.
I was there for my first time for Logan’s pasta pop up. Amazing vibes, the pasta was out this world, and their drink menu is great! Don’t seem to usually have a large food menu but doesn’t matter. If you’re looking to grab a Drink with good vibes and good music it’s a great hidden gem. Will definitely return and if you’re debating whether or not you should pop in, do it!

I went to Old Town Bodega for the first time this past Wednesday to try the food the pop-up chef had on offer. It did not disappoint. The atmosphere inside the bar was clearly curated and had a very nice ambiance. The drinks were great and came very quickly, as did our snacks. The pop-up was awesome, and the food was super yummy. This spot is worth giving a try.

The place itself is cute for a date night but the drinks were unremarkable. I had actually dragged a friend there with me insisting that it’ll be great because it’s so highly rated. We were both so disappointed. The Whiskey Sour we ordered was one of the bitterest/tartiest I have had to date. And when I told the server this (mentioning that I love whiskey sours and have had a lot of them over time) he responded saying ‘yeah we know what we’re doing we make 100s of these every night’. So disappointing. Cherry on top is that they took the whiskey sour away (we ordered another drink in its place) but when the bill came, they had charged us for our drinks plus 50% of the whiskey sour saying ‘there was nothing wrong with the drink, you just didn’t like it so we’re going to charge you’. In my 10 years of living in Canada, I’ve never come across such service. It’s a pity as it’s so close to my place and I was so excited to visit and had heard good things. Maybe they were just having an off night.
