The breakfast was plain with no substance. I would have expected better quality and portion. Bread was even disappointing.
Made a reservation for outdoor patio which wasn't actually available due to private event. Hostess incredibly rude in explaining this. Seated in dining room, extremely loud, stuffy and over booked. Shocked that a restaurant marketed as luxury would not provide a heads up or show a little more compassion. Our waitress was the only saving grace, but the rest was incredibly disappointing.
Took - Full breakfast. They did not serve me my juice, choice of side ($16 fruit asked, I paid but, charged) was not given to me, and also the server had zero welcoming attitude. Spend $80 plus tips for two people and had the worst experience. No sugar/honey given, no salt offered. BAD BAD BAD. NOT RECOMMENDED

Amazing and a lovely bday treat at the end Great restaurant - reliable and elegant and such friendly staff and so chic as a venue
Ambiance was cozy and intimate, perfect for a date night. Every dish, especially the pasta, felt expertly crafted and presented. Truly exceptional dining.

We enjoyed a lovely birthday lunch for my closest friend. Our Cobb salads were delicious and the service was fantastic. Thank you for making the birthday celebration so special - the dessert was a real treat.
Service was a bit slow at lunch, despite the vacant tables. Pasta entrée was very good though it would have benefitted from having more lamb among the ingredients. Overall, a nice spot to catch up with friends over lunch.
We had a first date beautiful brunch experience at ONE. The service was excellent - from the check in experience to the bartender to the wait staff - all first class. The food was excellent but we didn’t exactly test the chef’s skills with an omelette for me and oatmeal with honey for my date. The portions were perfect if not generous, which I was not expecting, but welcomed because I was famished and hung over. Drinks were also excellent. I enjoyed 2 perfectly made bloody Mary’s and my date loved her spicy margarita. All in all a first class dining experience.

Was here for a private dining event. Amazing atmosphere. All the food was delicious and well presented. And many with an interesting twist. The Korean chicken tacos and tuna sashimi appetizers were incredible and my favourite. The salmon had little fish crackers which was cute and worked. Service was attentive and friendly. Had a great time here.
