The restaurant scorch-roasts salmon and rice to a crispy perfection. Most praise the freshness and quality of their delicious food, with some customers having mixed experiences. One customer called it "one of the best Poké’s" they’ve had, noting everything tasted delicious and freshly made. The wait time wasn’t too long, and the gentlemen behind the counter were nice. The Torched Tuna Ahi was delicious with good portions. The torched salmon poke bowl transported one customer back to Japan, with the crackers reminding them of lou hei crackers. Textures of corn, edamame, avocado, salmon, vegetable leaves, and brown rice blended so well. They also give free drinks with every bowl ordered and there’s a table outside where you can eat. The server was patient and accommodating.
