I always have a good time coming to ONO. I think their price is affordable and for students, like myself, they also have really good deals. The staff is friendly and willing to help if you have questions about the ingredient. Overall, a nice place to try and stop by when you crave for some poke!

I ordered food here and one of the orders was wrong. It was my mistake for not checking before leaving but when I came home and realized the order was wrong, I walked back to the restaurant and asked to fix it. The person that was working at the time didn’t apologize and gave attitude as if I was mistaken and he remade the food.
There is an option for brown or white rice and I picked white rice. I didn’t realize it was brown rice since it was underneath all the other toppings so I only found out after I got home. I had to make my third trip back to the restaurant just for him to throw money at me and say “clearly these something wrong”. He didn’t acknowledge his mistake. He didn’t remake the order, he didn’t apologize. Overall I would give him 0 star service if I could but sadly I can’t. I hope he isn’t the owner of the store because I will definitely be calling the store to speak with the owner to give a verbal review after.

It was horrible, sauce was sweet and weird and it was not a poke bowl, bunch of leaves and barely cooked rice thrown under the salmon.

I had an amazing experience at Ono Poke Bar! The ingredients were incredibly fresh, the flavors were well-balanced, and the portion sizes were perfect. I loved the variety of toppings and sauces—they let you really customize your bowl exactly how you like it. The staff was so kind! I didn’t know whether to chose the mango pudding or the crispy chickpeas as a side, so he gave me both! So generous! I went back the next day and got lunch again! The place had a clean, modern vibe. Whether you’re a poke pro or trying it for the first time, this place is a must-visit. I’ll definitely be back!

Great staff and very cleanly kitchen. This is key when ordering raw fish.
DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THERE.
I just ordered build your own bowl from this store and I only got salmon rice and crispy wontons. There is not even sauce. I paid 25$ ane I can not even eat it. I used to like their poke bowl. I will never order from this place ever again. The employees are completely irresponsible and ubereats did not even paid my money back.
