I used to love Oretta but this visit was our last. The quality in food and service have both significantly declined over the past 2 years. Our pizza was cold & bland, the meatballs weren't fresh, the cannolis tasted different, and they didn't acknowledge that it was our anniversary dinner (though I made sure to write that in our reservation.) To top it all off, their customer service team couldn't be worse. Super unfortunate

Food and service was excellent. We ordered the calamari and almost came immediately and was super delicious. I was worried the cacio pepe would be bland but it was not! It had so much flavour and if i like cheese I highly recommend it was amazing. We also ordered the Vodka pasta which was also just as delicious. The seating was a bit cramped but what can you do when the food is so delicious. Highly recommend nothing we ordered disappointed.

Service lost a lot of point here. Waiter was either having a bad day or needs a different line of work. 20+ minute wait for both drinks order and main. Had to call him twice to get the bill. Felt like we annoyed him being there. Drinks were however very nice food was good. Unlikely will be back however

The team at King West truly feels like family! On my birthday, they made me feel so special, the bartender crafted personalized drinks, and the whole team gave me a lovely gift. They even captured a spontaneous photo while I was blowing out the candle — such a unique and memorable moment. Thank you so much! Can't wait to visit again soon. 🎉🥂

Terrible customer service. Charged my event in a way that wasn’t contractually agreed on and refused to refund me despite the situation I was in. Took no accountability and blamed me for their misunderstanding.

Everything at Oretta was absolutely wonderful. The atmosphere was warm and stylish, the service was attentive, and the drinks were exceptionally good. We tried the tasting menu and it was fantastic—beautifully prepared and full of flavor. We genuinely enjoyed both the dishes and the overall vibe of the restaurant.
I would definitely return. Strongly recommended!

We were a group of 10. If there were half Stars available I would have given this 3.5*, I don't have the heart to give it 3* so I will give it 4*. Once we got going the service was amazing, the food was great, and we liked the ambiance. The challenge was it took 25 minutes to get a drink and another 30 minutes after that to get our food. This wouldn't have bothered us particularly except they called earlier in the day to say they had a reservation immediately after ours and that we have to vacate at a certain point. Which meant we had to rush through our meal. Also I had advised that this was a birthday and was assured they would do something special and that didn't happen. We all live within a one block radius of Oretta so just went back to my condo for drinks after. In fairness the manager did step in and move things along but our overall experience was slightly marred. On the service piece I don't know if it's because there wasn't enough staff available? I don't want to point fingers.

So good !! Went on a Friday night and sat at the bar, the bartender was phenomenal both for drinks and friendliness. Food was out of this world, and actually really well priced. Will definitely go back

We booked Oretta for brunch celebrating my daughter's 20th bday . Food was delicious and the server was very attentive . Our empty dishes could've been cleared off the table but was really not an issue, we had a great time overall . We will definitely come back again!
