Great service, but the food (all though reasonably priced) is going down hill. Missed the mark on the seasoning. The pizza felt like it was sitting around and the "new" tiramisu is a big miss. The place is also dude to a spruce up. Just being honest

My second time at Oretta, not sure if they changed the chef but the food wasn't good at all, save your money and go elsewhere. They didn't even upkeep the place, the cutlery was filthy, food all over the floor. I usually don't complain and let things go but I was very disappointed. Sorry Oretta

Was seated quickly with reservations, tables are pretty close together but at an early dinner hour, it was still comfortable. Their happy hour is a great light dinner option. Also love that they had multiple unisex personal bathrooms.

I attended Oretta for my birthday with my friends on the weekend specifically for their brunch menu, it was our first time attending this restaurant and we absolutely loved it . The décor is lovely, with an art deco feel and pastel colors, the place is alive with a robust atmosphere of top 40 music, lots of people of all ages and a lively. Our server Victoria was friendly, attentive and warm, she was able to answer all my questions regarding the menu and was prompt with coming around and checking on us. The food was delicious and just the right portion, I'd definitely recommend going if you're interested in brunch on the weekends with a couple of friends.

The atmosphere was good and the restaurant was very nicely decorated, however my experience was not good. One of my guests was stuck in traffic and we were told we had till 3 to place an order as the kitchen closed at that time. They arrived at 2:50 and they were told they could not place a food order. Luckily, our waitress misheard us as we ordered food for the rest of the group and doubled one of our orders by mistake. This worked out for the guest that could not order food. However, the eggs and cheese were runny and had an off taste, and the focaccia bread was burned around the edges. Lastly, our waitress rarely checked on us and we were not able to express our concerns to the restaurant at the time. In addition, the 18% gratuity was automatically included on the bill which is not as high as I would have normally tipped. Overall, I would not recommend this place for lunch.

An authentic Italian restaurant with art-deco themed interior. Cosy interiors and great ambiance. We had the Brazziano ( fish was done perfect, the presentation and the sides could have been better). The gnocchi and ravioli were excellent. Service was efficient and professional without being overly noteworthy.

Beautiful place, great service and food was OUTSTANDING!!! We went for my mother's birthday. She's very picky with food but she really liked all the dishes and appetizers, and me too. We tried the Pranzo Veloce menu: AMAZING!!

The service was non existent. The entire 3 hours we were there we only saw our server less than 5 times. Staff ignored us and avoided eye contact with us. We were finished our meals with all of our plates and cups empty and sitting in front of us for 30 minutes before someone offered to clear them. It took us 45 minutes into our seating time to order. Dessert came without utensils and after trying for 30 minutes to flag anyone down for some spoons, we finally got them from the hostess with an eye roll. They were storing a stroller behind our table and made half of our party and a few people from another party get up, while eating mid meal, to retrieve the stroller. The bathrooms were dirty and out of service (with no out of order signs). One of the lights on the table was uncharged/dead making it difficult to read the menus in the dim lighting. Drinks took upwards of 20 minutes to come to the table and often arrived warm with all the ice melted from sitting on the bar ignored for soo long. Water glasses were not filled up until the end of the meal, when asking food runners/hostess if we could get some water, we were told that they would get our server which they never did. For a Sunday night at peak dinner time there should have been more than 2 servers working. An automatic gratuity does not mean that staff no longer need to provide service. One person at our table had a but allergy and their dessert came covered in nuts. Allergies and food safety need to be taken seriously, laziness regarding them is negligent and opens you up to liability. Lazy, rude, and non-existent customer service. We tried giving everyone the benefit of the doubt given the restaurant was decently busy, but at some point management/food runners/hostesses/etc need to step in when they can obviously see their servers are growing. I will not be returning (to any locations) or recommending the place to anyone I know.

Server couldn't hear due to noise level didn't confirm order got one order wrong and we now think were over charged for the bottomless mimosa, our bad we didn't pay close attention when paying the bill then realized something may have been off when talking on our way home.

I really liked Oretta. Our server, I think her name was Naz, was really sweet. She was a little absent, but it was very busy so we understood. Every area of the restaurant was beautiful! My friend is also gluten free, and she said it was the best GF pizza she'd had.

Great from start to finish. Hostess was very kind and offered the option for a booth. My friend got the prix fixe lunch and I did a la carte options. The new modern tiramisu was so delicious

My friends and I came here for brunch and our waitress was so memorable! She gave some of the best service in town, especially considering we were a larger group than our reservation.I am not thrilled with brunch I had the sourdough lacked tanginess and the eggs were a bit more greasy than I anticipated. I do think the portions are fair.

Went to Oretta for our wedding dinner and had a great time. We were given a few different menus to choose from where we could pick the appetizers to share family style as well as selecting the beverage lists.Because we were a small party, we were in the main dining area downstairs which was a little noisy. Service was good; they were attentive at keeping glasses filled. When I used one of the washrooms upstairs, though, the brighter light went out, and I had just a dim light to see by. Another member of our party also went to use the washroom and said there was just a single very dim light. Highlights of the meal were definitely the artichoke hearts. All in all, we had an enjoyable time with good food. I would return to Oretta, though next time I would ask about the lighting in the bathroom.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options are available, though they're not the restaurant's focus/specialty.

Lovely atmosphere, however unfortunately we waited over an hour for our food, and when it did finally arrive, it was ice cold. There were problems with each order (cold, burnt) and they all came at separate times and had to be remade. Pastries were very delicious but the actual meals were a bit disappointing and lacked in flavour. After being there for almost two hours, the manager offered to comp half our meal for the trouble which we appreciated. Overall we had higher expectations and were left disappointed.

Great food, great service and great time! Went there for brunch and had the steak and eggs and French toast. Both are amazing and worth the price. Good portions and presentation. Food was delicious!
