Super disappointed. I placed a scheduled order February 13th for the 14th on Uber eats, order went through and the next day comes and I get an alert that my order was accepted and is now in progress 30 mins before my scheduled delivery time the order was cancelled due to (restaurant is currently busy) after it was being prepared for 20 mins. It then was impossible for me to place another order to any restaurant at that time because it was already dinner on valentines. Do not accept an order and prepare it for 20 mins on a busy day and 30 mins before delivery cancel it because you’re busy! Just don’t accept the order in the first place. I am disgusted with this service and was hoping to host my birthday dinner here and rent out the restaurant but after this absolutely not.

I fell in love with this place!
Order: stake and burger
Service: super great they were all welcoming friendly and professional ☺️
Atmosphere: it was nice I really liked it appropriate for birthday brunch, business brunch, friends hang out, dates^^
Taste: was good although do not expect a huge portion but the portion is big enough I believe.
The outside was a bit cold, although they had heating service there.
Make sure to reserve since it gets busy on weekends and it is huge place so you can make sure to save the seat you want!! Hope it helps!

We went there during Valentine’s Day. Food is 2/5 and was pricy. Would not recommend

As expected, fantastic decor and design, but the food and service didn't quite hit the mark. Tried pizza and a carbonara, pizza was a 3.5 and the pasta was barely a 3. Even after the lunch rush died down was hard to find our server, and the wine we ordered never made it to the table.
Would recommend for a group outing if vibes are important, but otherwise a skip.

Wonderful service by our server Adrian! He did everything so efficiently and was so calm and kind. Food was also great, we ordered the truffle pizza and ravioli, which were perfect. The atmosphere and vibe of the restaurant is awesome too, so beautiful and elegant but without the exorbitant prices. Catch the happy hour from 3-7pm.

The happy hour dishes were disappointing—too salty, oily and lacking flavor. Not worth it. :(

Went here for an anniversary dinner, and everything was perfect! They even congratulated us on the anniversary, gave us a card with a recipe on it. And obviously the food was delicious! Atmosphere was nice, but the overall murmur was a touch too loud; that's not anything the restaurant can do anything about!

We had dinner on January 28. First, the main dishes were fine, we like Frutti Di Mare. The stake (Bistecca) was not as good as the stake from Stock Bar. We were shocked that the tiramisu was awful with over-priced of $15, it tasted like a frozen dessert from the supermarket, even Sanremo Bakery's $5 Tiramisu was better than it. With similar price, both Stock Bar and Eataly's Tiramisu are much much better than Oretta's.
As we came late about 8:30pm, most tables were empty. I was surprised that the waitress spayed and cleaned the table right besides ours, the distance was less than 0.5 metre, the detergent could easily go into our food. As there were no people waiting to use our neighbour table, why could not she wait after we finish? We will not come to Oretta anymore.

I normally adore Oretta. The attention to detail eg. The hostess’ uniforms? Pyjamas at brunch? Brilliant!
but i was disappointed by the look of shock I received by the manager when heaven above that I ask for a table for one… and the surprising lack of attention from service staff…to give the benefit of the doubt, it was a little busy, but nothing atypical for a Saturday brunch.
In my days of hospitality the solo diner was regarded with respect - we are the ones paying attention to everything and dining for dining sake.
