I honestly had no idea that the public could dine at osgoode hall, but they can and you should! Beautiful dining hall lined with books, portraits and stained glass. Our lunches exceeded expectations, beef tenderloin and Israeli couscous salad, and seared trout with soba noodles. Both were so good! Service by masrul was attentive but not overbearing. Only two minor complaints: White wine could been chilled and the maître de was very business like. Oh, and the prices were fantastic!!!

The prix fixe menu at Osgoode Hall is a fantastic value: great food in appropriate portions at an attractive price. The venue is completely different than anything else in Toronto and a nice surprise for guests. Everything is nice and clean. Highly recommend.

Fabulous, as always. So much history in the space, such beautiful workmanship in the wood panelled walls, such gorgeous artistry in the stained glass windows...a truly special place not to be missed.

Had some chicken bread sandwich. I'm quite a picky eater and asked for multiple exclusions and the server was able to memorize the specifications perfectly. Food was great as well!

Such a cool place to eat. You know you’re in for a treat when you have to pass through a metal detector before lunch :)

We had the 3-course menu which consited of salmon on quinoa appetizer, pork chop main and panna cotta dessert for $35. Food was delicious and service attentive. Good place- different clubby atmosphere.

An awesome experience! The food is outstanding and reasonably priced. So cool to be dining in the library hall in this amazing old building. It's not quiet because it's such a big hall. But the place settings and the service are top notch and the food amazing. A great experience all around.

This is a little known, but fantastic spot for weekday lunch. Great environment, food and service!!!!!

Great! The food was delicious, atmosphere was lovely. Where we were seated the tables were a little close and we could overhear the person at the next table swearing which we could have done with out.

This lovely old restaurant got a new chef (from O & B) a year ago. Unfortunately, he has single-handedly obliterated the quiet atmosphere for which it has been known for centuries. The all-day, unwanted, inappropriate commercial pop music is not conducive to stressed courtroom lawyers discussing their active litigation matters and overworked judges treating their fresh-faced clerks to a peaceful lunch. What a loss. What a shame. How one person is allowed to be so destructive of such a long, cherished tradition should be addressed by the LSO benchers.

The dining room itself is of great architectural interest and the stained glass windows are stunning. The menu offers good choice and the dishes we chose were delicious. Service and value are top notch. And, after dining, you can explore (ssshhh) the library and the Rotunda for further architectural delights.
