The guys working there( a girl and a boy), definitely deserve a raise. I went there just before 10 minutes of closing time as I was starving and they both were so welcoming and kind. The food was 10 on 10, everything fresh and warm.

I went to this highly advertised shawarma place to get a chicken shawarma. The pictures and the big name convinced me to try it. However, when I arrived, I saw gray chicken on the spit, and the color looked very strange for chicken. It looked like it had been rotating there for an entire week without being replaced. I also did not notice a second spit with beef. It seemed like there wasn’t one at all. Perhaps the meat is taken from the refrigerator and simply reheated — I honestly don’t know what to think. I have no complaints about the staff — they greeted me as soon as I opened the door. However, if you advertise yourselves as the best shawarma in Toronto, you should at least match that claim with the quality of your products. I would recommend those looking for good shawarma to consider the many other places available. Unfortunately, it seems that large chain businesses often do not prioritize product quality.
