The quality of the food of this place has gone down significantly. This was once the go to place amongst all the other food places in the plaza. Now, literally an absolute pass. It was not even 12pm today and the quality of the items they had out you could see that they were from the night before. As the woman was making the food I asked to get my money back. The meat did not look fresg at all. She refused and offered to remake the sandwich which was not an interest of mine. But she was so adamant as if she would be in loads of trouble for giving a refund. The wraps were made and ended up just throwing one of them in the garbage because of how off putting it tasted. The quality is so bad. Literally should have trusted my gut instinct and just drove to keele and Wilson and got my sharwarma from there, because those guys are truly pros, always fresh ingredients. This place here at weston and sheppard has run its course. Time for a different establishment to occupy that space. The economy is rough and this is the quality that our money has to go towards. From grace to grass what a shame......

I have eyes and could clearly see that at 12pm you're items were NOT fresh. But it's on me for stupidly continuing with the purchase. Best and only option is to avoid your establishment like the plauge your place has become as i have been doing. All the best to me indeed! Thank you. I hope you have the day you deserve!

Worst osmows I’ve ever been too. I’ve been a few times because I live close to it but I will never go again. Every time I go they cheap out on the salad dressing and cheese (it’s almost as if you weren’t paying almost $20 for the plate of food). Today I went and not only did they completely cheap out on the salad, the chicken and rice was completely cold! It’s sad to see how little people care about customer service now a days to serve cold food to people. It’s worth the drive to the one by Wilson and dufferin. Much better quality

I visit many locations often, but lately it’s been disappointing almost everytime, whenever i come at this place. There’s a strong bad odour inside — seems like they reuse dirty mops. I don't know exactly but whoever staff work around 10PM until closing hours also don’t seem very hygienic or professional with the food. One time I asked for no pop with my meal, but they still added it and gave a poor excuse. As a regular customer of osmos, this location really needs to improve cleanliness and customer service.

I ordered chicken shawarma wrap on Friday midnight, I saw a girl was cleaning with a cleaning rag, and she started to prepare my food, didn’t even change the gloves use that same gloves to prepare food. So disgusting I told them throw the food in the garbage and left

I ordered a large chicken on salad and I got my order instantly and it was tasty and delicious I will definitely come back

Rice is dry, portions are little. Meat portion was okay but also dry, head office of this franchise doesn’t respond to customer feedbacks or complaints. If you are the owner and read this, please drop your personal email cause i’m not getting any responses using the email on the website.

No offer for a replacement, no effort to make things right or win customers back. I won’t be returning, so any improvements won’t matter to me. I’m not the one benefiting from them. Why would I spend money here again after being treated poorly the first time?

I’ve seen the owner before and he drives a Lambo and barely cares about whether this franchise does well or not, cause to him money and wealth over health. Your response helps me confirm it

This is my favorite place to grab a snack. The flavors are amazing everytime!!. I love the energy and commitment to customer service that the owner shows. Definitely would recommend going there to anyone looking for some good food and great service.
