The falafel wrap is mid, not disgusting or delicious. Very underwhelming. I had the falafel saj wrap; the filling is very light, the falafel was okay.. You only get three free toppings which is strange especially since all the toppings seemed to be $1 and up. The toppings that I did choose were lacking and the sauce was not evenly distributed throughout my wrap. The fries were very regular, nothing special just regular fries, not much salt and definitely no additional seasonings. I spent $11 on the wrap and the fries were 4.19, portions were decent. A very clean place, service was okay. I probably wouldn’t visit a second time for the falafel wrap. I really liked the takeout bag.

Osmow’s the location is correct. Check your reports and surveillance a little more carefully. This order was placed on October 31/2025 at around 6:15pm.

Extremely disappointed with this Osmow’s location. After waiting 20 minutes for our takeout order, it still wasn’t ready when my husband went in to get it. When we finally got our food, I checked the order before we drove off because last time the order was completely wrong. Good thing I checked, the order was completely wrong again!!!. My husband had to go back inside to have it fixed, which took another 20 minutes.

When I finally got my meal, my half-and-half falafel was inedible. It was drenched in garlic and tahini sauce, it tasted like mayonnaise. The tomatoes and lettuce were soggy, and even the fries were completely soaked in the sauce. The chicken shawarma had barely anything inside, even though we asked for “all the works.”

To make things worse, there was no apology or compensation for the mix-up or delay. This isn’t the first time they’ve gotten our order wrong, but this time was bad enough that I had to leave a review. Total waste of time and money. I definitely won’t be ordering from this location again

This location perhaps is the only one in North York with an amazing management team.
If anyone truly cares about their customers experience, it’s them.
