I visit this Osmo’s recently to order in person and experience was extremely disappointing.
My partner placed his order, and as we were waiting, another customer came in. To my surprise, the worker took their order and decided to prepare their food first. Even though they arrived after us. When the worker saw that I noticed and started getting frustrated, he simply said “two minutes” without any explanation. This service is unacceptable and overall very frustrating as getting a wrap shouldn’t take more than 10 minutes when no one was in line before us. But I guess at this location, it doesn’t matter. I hope the owner do addresses this issue as this is highly disrespectful.
Always the go to place for shawarma. Joel was very friendly. Will definitely visit again.

The shawarma itself is good, probably the best quality of chicken shawarma I've had in Toronto. The sauce is special and the falafel is also very good. I suggest trying out the baklava cheesecake.
