I used to order shawarma from this location before but after a long time i Ordered a jumbo shawarma combo today , and i cannot express how disappointed i am!! Literally waste of my money the shawarma was too dry , pita was chewy no flavour in the chicken, no salt no spices. The fries was too bland as well they didn’t put any salt or dint provide any salt on side . Never coming back again. They seriously need to work on their food. They do not even deserve 1 star, not recommended at all.

The shawarma tastes good and they are generous with their stuffing. Taking one star away because the combo deal is not great. The size of the fries is really small and I hope they can change that, but otherwise considering the inflation and all, the shawarma is good for the price. The platters seemed really expensive (doubled the price of the sandwich) - not sure how expensive rice and greens are to warrant that.

Stopped in with my family while visiting Toronto for the weekend....the food was really fresh and delicious! The chicken was EXCELLENT! Would highly recommend....the staff were super friendly and generous with the portions.

Overall good experience. Friendly staff, good speed of service from start to exit. My two constructive feedbacks are how the order was packed for takeout. One of the side salads was placed on its side, resulting in the dressing leaking to the bottom of the bag. The second constructive feedback is the employee who was making the order used the same gloves to touch the marker. There was no changing of gloves between tasks.

Had a great first impression of this place because of the Manager Jean. He was very kind and helpful. The food was so good, that I purchased catering for an event. Tina did an awesome job coordinating the catering and Salma made the food so delicious - the portions were huge! Thank you all for such an amazing experience, you all are the best!!!!

The absolute worst shawarma I’ve ever had. Meats were bland, the wrap was fragile and fell completely apart, over sauced as well. Don’t waste your time.
This location has the best customer service. I received an upsetting order during Shawarma Day and the store manager reached out and apologized. They offered me a free meal in return for the bad order I received. I have not experienced something as special and kind as this before. Ive been ordering from this location since they opened and they never disappoint. Overall, 10/10. Thank you!

This lunch I believe I ate some cardboards, on top of rice, some grassy stale things kind of salad, a few constituted beef pieces with lots of sauces. Thanks for helping! I don’t think I can eat another one like this.Oh.. I threw out half. Gross!The quantity would be fine if the quality works.
