I went for a pickup order ( chicken half and half) and had a great experience! The staff were friendly and quick, and my food was ready on time. The service was excellent and everything was packed neatly. Definitely recommend this location for great food and smooth service!

Horrible experience at your 2763 Danforth Ave location today. Preordered through the app for an 11:45am pickup. Came to pickup and see a handwritten sign that they will be opening at 12. They opened the door for us at 12 and we questioned the timing as the app said they open at 11 and the order was for an 11:45 pickup. The response was a sarcastic: “you’re lucky we made it for you” and then they challenged us to complain to head office. Not even a single apology or any regret for the lateness. Extremely rude staff. They didn’t even include utensils. Never ordering from this location again.
