It's been a while since I've left a review for a restaurant but I'm supremely disappointed by the food that was delivered to me today from Osmow's. I received a salad with a lot of product that was about to expire, or was expired. That included sour tahini sauce, old garlic sauce on the salad, hot sauce that looks old and separated, burnt pita chips and chicken that as you can see in the photos, looks gray. I don't know what else to say other than do better, guys. It sucks to spend a premium to get these items delivered to enjoy at home and then I find such a low quality lunch. I'm so bummed out I spent my hard earned money on what was to be my Friday treat.

This place just doesn't listen when you ask for anything, they'll charge you but then not even put what they charged you for in your food, I ordered a lamb on the rocks with hummus an cheese, literally no hummus an no cheese, but my wallet is out of that money. My lamb was burnt and crispy an not in a good way. It doesn't matter how much sauce I put on top, the char taste is just overpowering. I seriously recommend if anyone is around here looking for food, go somewhere else, it'll be better on your wallet an taste buds

Chicken Shawarma's portion was great, but my chicken was very dry and rice was hard. I wish your team provides consistently delicious shawarma. Additionally, tables were not clean,so I hope staff sometimes check and clean them. About the garbage bin, I' m uncomfortable that there are no recycle bins for cans and pet bottles that they provide.
Was it a mistake (tears)? The chicken was dry and the rice was hard. If the food that comes out is uneven, I don't think I'll repeat it. We recommend setting the spiciness level to zero. It's unbelievably painful. When I look at other reviews, I sometimes get confused about no hot sauce, so I have to double-check that it's no hot sauce when it's my turn. Is it normal for shops like this to not have recycling bins? I thought it was disgusting to see cans and bottles mixed up in the garbage bin.
Wallahi guys don't go to this branch I bought chicken on the rocks 3 times i can say they just gave me only rice with hot sauce .. even there is no garlic sauce .. guys I'm so disappointed by my self that I bought 3 times knowing that.

The worse osmos I've ever been to. I understand it's sharwama day and the staff is very busy but atleast don't give us cold chicken. Understood it's busy but this is not the first time it has happened, before that I brought a chicken on rocks I asked them one of the staff if they can put veggies in it and the staff straight up said to my face "no". I asked them why they said it's extra charge, I said to them I'm fine paying for it then they added veggies like it was going out of their paycheck. First of all I don't know whay they charge Extra for veggies if I want one veggie it's 80 cents, second of all I don't know why the staff was being cheap even if they are charging extra for it.
Really disappointed with this Osmos, I've been to other Osmos like the one near Bathurst they are much better and really nice stuff. Too bad my work is near the duffrin Osmos, I'd prefer to go to the Bathurst Osmos then to go one that's near me.
