We chose this restaurant to celebrate our 9-year anniversary, and overall it was an excellent experience that felt worthy of the occasion. We went on a Monday evening. It wasn't overly crowded, but there was still a nice, lively energy in the room. We started with drinks at the bar and later moved to our table before dinner, which was a smooth and thoughtful transition. The ambiance throughout the space was outstanding—warm, refined, and intimate without feeling stiff or pretentious. The food was phenomenal from start to finish. Every dish was beautifully executed, balanced, and clearly made with care and precision. This is the kind of place where you can taste the quality of the ingredients and the confidence of the kitchen. Service matched the food: attentive, professional, and well-paced without ever feeling rushed. The only minor disappointment was dessert. The mille-feuille-style dish with passion fruit notes wasn't really to my taste. It wasn't poorly made by any means—just not something I personally enjoyed. Thankfully, that was the sole weak point in an otherwise outstanding meal. Yes, it's on the pricier side, but that's expected and understandable for a one-Michelin-star restaurant, and the overall experience justifies it. Aside from that single dessert, there were no real complaints. I would absolutely recommend it and wouldn't hesitate to return. It made for a memorable anniversary dinner and delivered on almost every level.

First Course included most delicious Veal Carpaccio. Second course I shared the Grilled Seafood with friend and every item on platter was perfectly prepared: octopus, scallops, squid & fish; it was a great spread and perfectly prepared. We went for birthday outing as two couples. Conversation at adjacent tables did not interfere with ours and we noted that music played in the restaurant was lovely without intruding. The team running the dining room were adept professionals, helpful, and friendly.

Outstanding dining experience. The burrata was incredibly creamy—truly the best we've ever had. We also enjoyed the pear salad and veal carpaccio, followed by a perfectly seasoned lobster risotto. The highlight was the passionfruit mille-feuille, which offered the perfect balance of crunch and tang

The service is good, food is delicious, especially the cappuccino and squid ink spaghetti, one drawback is that the dessert tastes too sour and resulting in the flavor is not balanced.

Had an amazing time at Osteria Giulia! The food was spectacular, I'm not even a Carpaccio girlie but the veal carpaccio was amazing. Also had the most tender rack of lamb and the duck ragu was delicious. Our sommelier was so knowledgeable and took our tastes into account. She recommended an excellent bottle of wine. Overall had the best time here!

Absolute perfection from the first bite of the fig salad to the last bite of the incredible (and GLUTEN FREE) tiramisu! One of my favourite restaurants in Toronto!

Incredible food, service and ambience. The way the panels on the walls absorb the sound so the restaurant has energy but you can easily have a conversation is special. I haven't had a better meal in Toronto. Maybe anywhere.

Osteria Giulia completely lived up to the hype and ended up being one of the best dinners I've had in Toronto. The room is cozy and stylish without feeling stuffy, the staff were friendly and really knew the menu, and every dish—from the handmade pasta to the seafood—was packed with flavour and beautifully presented. It's not cheap, but with the Michelin-star quality food and overall experience, it absolutely felt worth it for a special night out.

Best experience, the dishes were all extraordinary! The service is nice and quick, we didn't need to wait for long! It's a little bit pricey for 185 pp but it's a must try!

Exceptional service, food was good but not memorable except for the rack of lambs which were exceptional.

Horrible experience. They should not make reservations at the seats at the bar right next to the door. They told people with no reservation to stand for their entire meal right next to the bar in the corner. The entire time we were eating four people next to us were screaming and standing. I couldn't get up from my seat because of the people standing right next to me. I asked them to surprise my boyfriend for his birthday with the tiramisu and they didn't even get that right.

Ended up at the wrong restaurant to celebrate our milestone anniversary - reservation was intended for Guiletta. While we were very disappointed the food and service at Osteria Giulia was exceptional.

All the hype is real! This restaurant is exceptional in every way. Service, ambiance, quality and taste. We had the foccacia di recco, the fig salad, two pastas, and the grilled lamb...then the most stunnjng pumpkin pie. Absolutely top notch, all of it, we were so happy. Literally not one miss.

This is the best Italian food I've had in Canada. The service was excellent and they always seemed to care about me.
