My friends amd I had dinner at The Outrigger on Tuesfay after a movie. The food was great and Kristin, our server was fantastic. She was by far the best server in a very long time.

The food was okay. However, it took almost 2hrs to get food. Appetizers came out at the same time as food. Then one Appetizer was missing. Had to continuously call them down to get our food or a to go box then the bag for the to go box. It was exhausting.

We landed at the outrigger for dinner with our kids (6 and 8) by chance. We lucked out! Dan was our server and so lovely — he took time with the kids to get their orders and got their food to come out quickly which was awesome for us. :) we ordered two salads and were so surprised about the huge portions and super fresh greens and other veggies and yummy protein (I had chicken, my husband had seafood). Highly recommend both! Our kids also loved their burger and pasta. Really good value for money as well. We will be back.

Me and my friends came to the restaurant on Canada Day. Even though we were all tired we were promptly seated had our orders taken and the food arrives shortly after. I ordered the angel hair pasta and it was soooooooo good.
Our server, Dan, took excellent care of us and recommended the dish. He ensured is that the portions would be large and they exceeded our expectations. Dan made sure we were checked up on regularly and enjoyed the meal. The food alone is delicious, but the service (particularly our server) makes this restaurant a place I will go back to.

Got there on a Sunday at 4ish, place had no one inside but about 6 tables outside full, with four servers, they maintained atleast two dirty tables the whole time we were there. We order the giant shrimp, first time it came we received no cutlery or even napkins and proceeded to wait for any server to come by they didn’t so I went in and asked and after someone that was not our server came out and apologized and said they would make a new one. When the next one came out… same exact plate just heated up in the microwave, we could tell because all shrimp were in the same place and one had the same excessive about of spices as the first time. We both ate one and put it back due to it tasting rubbery after being reheated. We waited for 10 minutes to ask for a cheque no one came so went inside again and asked. They left the shrimp on the receipt even though we had only eaten two..we asked for it to be taken off then the server from before came and completely bashed our original server saying they are gonna demote him cause he’s not doing it well..sorry no customer should have to listen to that and then when our server came back again he asked if it was his fault and if he did anything else wrong besides the cutlery…. Obviously the other server made him feel terrible to the point he thought to ask us…terrible experience overall, originally hoping to come back for live music but I don’t think so anymore… also 7 shrimp for 17 dollars is outrageous
