Used to go INSANE at this place when I first started intermittent fasting. Me and my boy would come here and eat so hard, eating so much we would almost explode! The price is ok, but this still a very solid option for a magnificent brunch with good portion sizes. Would definitely come back here for brunch when it reopens.

Weekend trip! Good food. OK service. Met friendly Canadians. Seemed popular and very crowded. But a nice place for brunch and for a good read. When I travel, I prefer to find the hidden gems. This seemed more like a franchise.

The Over Easy is a very nice place to have breakfast and brunch all day. The food is very delicious and has this home-made style. The people are super friendly and the atmosphere is warm-hearted. If you have a chance to sit outside, you have a beautiful view of the Royal Ontario Museum fassade. This place was so good, we went there twice during our stop-over in Toronto.

The food tastes alright but doesn't match up to the price. Particularly the eggs in a hole, which was just eggs underneath a bagel with potatoes. It's also a smaller portion than I expected, especially since it's a higher price for breakfast food. The potatoes were kind of soggy, not crunchy and satisfying. The servers were quite nice though.

I love brunches and Over Easy is perfect! Good location with ease of access from the subway. Great food, quick and good service, regular diner ambience. Usually very busy. My favorite is the classic eggs Benedict. I love their house fries which is really neatly-cut mini cubed fries with some onions. Love it! Good place for a breakfast meetup with friends or family! Totally recommend it :)

Over Easy should be a natural - with a great location across the street from the Royal Ontario Museum and the Royal Conservatory/Koerner Hall and a stone's throw from the Gardiner Museum and University of Toronto. Line-ups for weekend brunch attest to its appeal. Over Easy has friendly staff and an informal ambiance. But why do i keep coming away disappointed by the food hoping things will improve each time i return? I've made perhaps six visits in six years and each time experienced some form of food disappointment. For example, insipid eggs and toast that could be improved easily by baking better quality bread. But I would start with the potatoes and suggest Over Easy find some consistency in texture, watch the oiliness, tweak the spicing and monitor their temperature when delivered to my table.
Great, friendly service, but the food was lousy. I live in Toronto and know great breakfast places but out of town friends visited and this restaurant was near their hotel. Omelettes had very little filling and the fruit salad was actually ‘off’. It should never have been served and should have been thrown out. (Which why we left it, uneaten). I wonder if this restaurant does not depend on repeat business, but on tourists, who only visit once.

Extensive menu, fair pricing and non greasy food. A great place in the area of yorkville to grab your typical breakfasts (nothing fancy about it) with ample amount of seating for all party sizes here. The staff here are friendly and quick to serve/refill your coffee too.

My wife and I came down for a Doctors appointment and thought we’d grab breakfast in the area. Came into Over Easy and when we walked in it felt like we were back in our small town. Just the atmosphere and how welcoming it was made us feel like home and not in a big city!! The wait staff were extremely friendly helpful polite and on the ball!! Their prices were very nice and portions impressive.. I would recommend this breakfast place to everyone that’s looking and me and my wife WILL definitely be back!!!
